I’m Kumar, the founder of Pep Talk Radio. I started this community because I’ve always believed that learning a language is about more than memorizing words, studying grammar, or completing lessons.
At some point, you have to actually use the language — talk to someone, make mistakes, search for a word, laugh, listen, and keep the conversation going.
That’s what Pep Talk Radio is about.
We bring language learners and speakers together through real conversations and online language events. It’s a relaxed place to practice speaking, build confidence, meet people from different countries, and keep learning along the way.
There’s no need to speak perfectly. In fact, making mistakes is part of the process.
Our goal is simple:
