MABUHAY!

My name is Joseph or most commonly known in my circles as Pepe Dayaw or the cooking author behind the 'Nowhere Kitchen' restaurant concept and philosophy. I was born in Manila, currently based in Berlin & Brandenburg. Since moving to Europa in 2010 and making the big leap of turning into an artist, I have become a jack of all trades with a nomadic bag of 'cooking' tools and a kit of spiced experiences. I have lived in more houses than my age, out of survival and for love. One could say that I have been living the school of life as a series of residencies where I learn from each now and every here. I love to cook, travel and make fashion. For me, they are all movements that build upon our human design. And I share my talents along these lines.

In the year 2024, I am starting anew as I have rekindled passions to my dreams that have been sitting in the 'fridge'. I am both proud and extremely humbled by what I have done in the past. And now, at 42 I am starting-up with my own business.

I created this platform to generate my own livelihood by selling my goods, offering original services, monthly subscriptions as well as receive one-time donations. By 'matronizing' my goods, you help me achieve my goal of becoming an independent artist and my dream of starting-up my own Atelier, my own house of design.
