Hey, all! Hope y'all are all doing well!
I'm sharing a couple of weekend snacking options. All are easy to make and VERY easy to eat. So if you are in need of a sweet something this weekend, please check them out.
First up, my cinnamon raisin bread has swirls for days, and they won't come undone. And it has a ton of raisins in it, but I fully support your decision should you decide to substitute dried apricots or cherries.
And it might sound weird, but make a grilled cheese using it. So good!

More Sweet Snacking
If the peaches in your area are looking good--ours are coming in here in NC--try Pook's Pantry's peach pound cake!
Not only is it alliterative, it also has cream cheese in it, which makes for a mellow and tender crumb. And what's better than peaches and cream?
Y'all, these date nut bars are so good! If you have always loved them, they'll hit that nostalgic note, for sure. And then you'll kind of be delighted by the citrusy twist.
And if you've never made them before, you may only ever want this version. Give them a try!
And that's it for today!
The Bake-Along event page will be up on Sunday, and I'll start sharing process videos there, so if you're interested in joining us, please let me know!
Love y'all!
