I appreciate all my readers and fans, because without you, I'd be talking to myself.

It has always been my goal to help folks be fearless in the kitchen. I do that by focusing on mixing methods and ingredient function, because once you really get the foundations, it's much easier to create your own recipes or at least approach recipes with new-found confidence.
