I'm a full-time multi-hyphenate - working in tech with a degree in sciences, documenting stuff, aligning pixels and encouraging folks to reach for the stars and on a mission to live my healthiest, happiest life.

My goal has always been to share my 'work in progress' so you can feel more confident in yours.

I'm a Community Builder and have led communities such as Code First: Girls (#ShefCodeFirst, #LeedsCFG), Ladies In DevOps over the years and recently in the devtools space: Gitpod, DevX Community and Vercel Community.

My approach is deeply shaped by the years I spent living as a digital nomad; connecting with people all over the world taught me that while our tech might differ, our need for belonging is universal.

Converting thoughts into pixels™️ since 2008

PAWLEAN is my online space where I document, share and reflect on my interests and experiences. I mostly write about personal development, tech, my career journey, travel, health and well-being. This is my life in pixels.

If you enjoy the content that put out there on my blog, podcast, social media or the community work that I lead, show your support here 💜 I appreciate it!

Supporting my work here does two things:

1. Keeps the lights on: It covers the hosting for 15+ years of archives and resources.

2. Powers the new as I drink the coffee you bought for me 😂

If my digital garden has helped you grow, consider fueling the next bloom.
