Bikepacking and a few more things about cycling
To all the people who watch and subscribe to this channel, thank you. I am married, 57 years old, father of 3 children and grandfather of 2 grandchildren, I have type 2 diabetes and also a lung disease caused by smoking for many years and also because of some professions I have had over the years. I created this channel so that I can help someone overcome some difficulties they may experience as a result of having this type of disease. On this channel I tell you how cycling changed my life and what I'm doing in the meantime. I was already forgetting I was born in Portugal but I live in the Netherlands
