YO! I'm so thankful you're here! I am on a mission to empower others by simplifying nutrition, health, and LIFE.

Is this YOU?

🖐🏾 You want to live your best life possible.

🖐🏾 You've tried all the diets and health programs.

🖐🏾 You're looking for something that gives you results and something that is sustainable.

That's exactly what I have to offer you. Simplified nutrition and health that you can do for the rest of your life using animal-based nutrition and an ancestral-based lifestyle.

Liberation through Simplification

In addition, I want to empower you with liberation through simplifying your life. This can include minimizing bills, minimizing possessions, and minimizing your dependency on external factors for your health and happiness.

👊🏽 When you are healthy, you are by definition less dependent on the system.

👊🏽 When you minimize your bills and possessions, by definition, you are less dependent on the system.

A little about me:

I am a West Point graduate and Army veteran. After leaving the military in 2002, I was in poor health - 275 pounds, pre-diabetic, suffering from high blood pressure and major digestive issues, and extremely inflamed.

After trying a vegan diet for two years with minimal improvement and additional problems, I discovered what I call Ancestral Health and have never looked back.

I have been practicing Functional Nutritional Therapy and Health Coaching for over a decade and speak on a regular basis. Currently, I am working with 6 to 12 health coaching clients and have an online community of amazing members that I support. I have thousands of hours of experience connecting with others.

After a recent divorce, I refused to go back to renting an apartment or looking for a home to purchase. I DECIDED TO PURCHASE A TEARDROP TRAILER AND LIVE OFF GRID.

My mission is to travel the nation, sharing the gift of simplified nutrition, health, and LIFE by documenting my experience.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
