Welcome, I'm Paula.
I'm an author, teacher and intuitive practitioner with a lifelong curiosity about consciousness, spirituality, human potential and the fascinating questions that sit between science and what we don't yet fully understand.
Over the years, I've created books, courses, healing practices, readings and creative projects designed to encourage people to explore themselves, question what they think they know and perhaps see life from a different perspective.
My work brings together spirituality, intuition, personal experience and my ongoing interest in emerging ideas around consciousness, science and human potential. I'm particularly interested in the space between what we currently understand and what we are still discovering.
I'm also passionate about writing. My books explore subjects including consciousness, reincarnation, intuition, spirituality, personal transformation and the questions surrounding what it means to be human.
Alongside my books, I create courses and educational material, offer intuitive readings and develop new ways of exploring personal growth and self-understanding.
Some of my work falls under Soul Cartography™, my approach to exploring the relationship between the inner self, our experiences and the journey of life.
