Veteran food and beverage professional from the Seattle restaurant scene turned craft beverage entrepreneur and chef(?).
The twist is that we are building a brewery business on the family farm.
We will be the nation's first "farm to table" hard seltzery.
We will also do classic PNW beers, and farm type beers like saisons and other fruited options, but also ciders.
But we will not stop with adult beverages!
We are a fruit farm at heart and we're going to create fruited sodas, kombuchas and tepaches. Maybe we'll even branch into the CBD drinks as well? Need a collaborator there!
The food program I've created at the farm has been incredibly well received. And our sales have grown every year. When we can offer an adult beverage service? One that features our own harvests? We're going to really turn the corners we need to out here.
