About Andrea JB
Hi. I'm Andrea.
By day I pour drinks (I'm a full-time bartender). By night I write code.
I've been playing video games and programming for thirty years. It started with an Amiga 1200, a gift from my father, and Superfrog! Is my first game, and my first attempt at reverse engineering it, just for study case.
Today I make small puzzle games. Isometry, mathematics, brain teasers. I still draw levels by hand on paper, then build them in code with AI as a working partner. No one-shot prompts, no code I can't read.
Everything is procedural: graphics, music, sound effects. Not a single image or audio file. Light, fast, and using AI only where it truly helps.
Right now I'm building "The Trial of Psyche", an isometric puzzle based on Apuleius' tale of Cupid and Psyche.
All my code is free and open source (GPL-3.0):
If you like what I do, buy me a coffee.
Coming from a bartender, I know. It sounds strange.
