Real Fit is a podcast featuring real conversations with women athletes on topics including body image, confidence, empowerment, and so much more.

I'm an occupational therapist-turned health and fitness journalist and speaker with bylines in The Washington Post, SELF, The Guardian, Time, Runner's World, Outside, and many others. I'm also a certified personal trainer, a non-diet health coach, a two-time Ironman finisher, six-time marathoner, and a mom.

I don't have time for BS — and I know you don't either — which is why Real Fit includes zero fluff, only real talk. I created this podcast to inspire you, to let you know you're not alone, and to let you know you are enough.

If this project speaks to you please consider supporting my work by treating me to a cup of coffee. ☕ Thank you!
