My name is Pablo and I drink coffee, a lot of it. The real dream is to own a coffee shop one day, to create a space for community in this world, we can never have too much of that in this world that desperately needs it. I am starting out my journey into learning about coffee and the goal right now it to be able to start taking classes, supporting/visiting coffee shops around the world, and creating content to help you discover more of the coffee world out there.
