I am a published writer and international/national martial arts/self-protection teacher. Please donate to my podcast where I discuss topics on self-protection and martial arts from a multitude of different angles. My books include "When Parents Aren't Around: A Young Person's Guide to Self-Protection", "Wrong Fu", "Mordred's Victory and Other Martial Mutterings" and "The Legend of Salt and Sauce: The Amazing Story of Britain's Most Famous Elephants". I also have a YouTube channel, write a regular blog (covering every lesson I teach) and teach private lessons and seminars both inside and outside the UK.
