Empowering Change Starters to grow from change
After many years working in tech, I have experienced post-traumatic layoff disorder (yes, it's a thing), and I wasn't even on the layoff list.
Looking back, the new org after this change allowed me to thrive, but most of my colleagues left, and others suffered from burnout, anxiety, and loss of productivity.
So I started researching the effects of layoffs and reorgs and wrote "Starting from Scratch - Manage Change like Your Career Depends On It," a book about six habits one needs to have to thrive when change happens to them.
I teach these habits through 1:1 guidance and workshops.
