Acerca de Stephan Klaschka
Hi, I'm Stephan — the OrgChanger.
For 25 years, I worked inside large organizations doing something most companies say they want but quietly resist: real innovation, from the inside. I built the sponsor networks, resource groups, and intrapreneurship pipelines that turn good ideas into funded reality — including a portfolio at a global pharma company that returned more than 10x and became a business-school case study now taught at 40+ schools around the world.
Now I write about how that actually works.
On my blog, The OrgChanger (OrgChanger.com), I share field notes on intrapreneurship, organizational change, and the quiet art of getting things done in companies that resist their own best ideas. No theory, no jargon — just what I learned by doing it, including the parts that cost me something. I'm also writing a book of the same name, coming in early 2027.
Here's the thing: the writing is free, and I want to keep it that way. But it takes real time — reading, thinking, drafting, and answering the notes people send. If something I've written helped you, made you think, or gave you language for a problem you've been fighting alone, a coffee is a lovely way to say so. It tells me the work matters, and it keeps me writing.
Thank you for being here. Whether you support the work or just read along, I'm genuinely glad you found it.
