🚀 Openspace Update - Growing Strong! 🚀
As of today, we're excited to share that Openspace has grown to 403 users (that's 54 more than what was reported on June 30th!). We've also seen an increase in communities, now standing at 145 (up by 23), and the number of posts has soared to 28,000 (that's a massive 13,000 more posts in just a few months!).

Our membership continues to grow, welcoming users from all around the world. Together, we're building a vibrant and inclusive space for meaningful conversations.
🛠️ New Features and Enhancements
We've been hard at work building out the web app! Here's what's new:
Communities now display who has joined.
Community ownership is shown on profile pages.
A list of individual communities is now visible on the left-hand side of the homepage.
We've added Lists and Circles functionality.
User Invites, Support and Feedback, Useful Links, and User Settings have all been built into the platform!
🌱 Growing Together
We need your help to continue growing! The Post Discord server has over 2,000 members, and bringing them to Openspace would make our community even more lively. I’ve heard some users say Openspace is better than Bluesky—maybe they just need to give it a try! If you have any suggestions for how we can encourage them to join us, please share your ideas.

We've made 2.61 CAD in ad revenue and received 30 CAD in donations, leaving us short by 160.49 CAD, which I’ve personally covered. Your continued support helps us reinvest in the platform to keep it growing and improving.
🛫 Personal Note
From July 26th to September 23rd, I took parental leave for some much-needed time away with my family. We embarked on an adventurous trip across Italy, ending in Zurich, where we explored everything from museums and nature to beaches and mountains. It was a wonderful time filled with delicious food, family moments, and a break from our screens. Thank you all for your patience during this period—I was fairly quiet for obvious reasons, but I return with a renewed sense of purpose and excitement for what's ahead!
