About Open Council
Making it easier to keep tabs on Belleville City Council.
Open Council is an ad-free, independent, not-for-profit organization.
People-powered, public-interest journalism is more important now than ever. Will you give what you can to ensure our independent news stays free and accessible for all readers? A gift of $5 will buy us a coffee or pay for the cost of one freedom of information request.
Our mission: making it easier for anyone to follow what is going on in the City of Belleville town council by making information more easily accessible, bite-sized and plain language.
Our work is powered by donations and your support will help pay for investigations we’re working on right now.
