One Mom’s Battle (OMB) LLC is a grassroots movement dedicated to supporting survivors navigating the family court system against a narcissistic or high-conflict ex. What started as a personal blog has grown into a global community, providing education, advocacy, and a network of support for those fighting to protect their children.

Our OMB Private Chapters offer a safe space for survivors to connect, share resources, and find solidarity during one of the most challenging battles of their lives. We are committed to keeping these groups free and accessible to all, but maintaining a secure platform and screening new members requires time and resources.
