creating blogs & courses related to bettering mental health
Hello! I'm a registered nurse who has chosen to embrace a different approach to psychiatry. A lot of my work is a labour of love - I'm all about changing the way we approach mental health - bringing a holistic integrative person-centred and empowered approach to well-being. I host a platform on Facebook to support other Health Professionals who want to do the same. If you would like to support my work you are welcome to make a donation and buy me a coffee (or two! )
