Offri un caffè a OmFrequency

Aloha, I’m Daphne.

I offer presence, practices, and gentle gathering spaces for people who are tired of fixing themselves and ready to be met where they are.

My work is rooted in lived experience, somatic awareness, and nervous-system–informed care. I don’t teach from certainty or offer one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, I share what I’ve lived, what has helped me, and what I continue to practice — with the understanding that each person’s path is their own.

Much of my work is inspired by recovery spaces, yoga, and trauma-informed healing, where authority is shared rather than performed, and where showing up as you are is enough. I’m especially drawn to supporting women navigating complex trauma, inner child healing, and the quiet work of rebuilding trust with themselves.

There’s no pressure here, no urgency, and no promise of transformation. Just honest presence, gentle practices, and companionship for the moments when things feel heavy or unclear.

Thank you for being here, and for helping make it possible to continue offering this work with care and integrity.
