Hey guys! Welcome and I hope you can spare a cup of coffee! If you want to know about me normally, please see my pre-COVID description below. I'm in TX who (as many know) is not COVID friendly, but we are trying to do our best to self-isolate despite the environment. My weekday job is off the board since I'm a legal videographer (despite the fact they're trying to encourage me to take gigs again). My weekend job is essential though so I'm spending the weekend traveling between 16-18 grocery stores to stock frozen foods. I have to be careful as my girlfriend is immunocompromised.

In the mean time, we have taken up doing open boxing, reviewing, and learning to play board and card games on my YouTube channel OM Gaming, and Twitch channel Thac0 Rules. I've taken the extra time to build a custom gaming table with a 6 camera setup and custom lighting.

Our hope is to create a safe situation where we can bring in our players virtually to start up a tabletop board game soon. It will use a hybrid of 2e AD&D and 4th ed Hackmaster set in a custom version of the DragonLance setting (example of mods: starts in Age of Might, Has Netherese, and Waterdeep/Undermountain. We hope to see you when we go live! Current plan is to go live every other Thursday on twitch to learn a game together with our viewers. We may ramp that up to once a week once we get into the swing in things. Please feel free to drop us a line if you have any ideas or suggestions. Thanks!

My name is Christopher Eden and I'm a filmmaker by education, passion, hobby, and on occasion - profession.
I am the creator of Fablerunner, OM Entertainment, and Combative Science YouTube channels. This Patreon is to help support me and budgets towards projects I would create to put on these channels. I currently work 2 jobs, one on the weekday and one on the weekend which leaves very little time to create regularly. To be clear, at this time I do not qualify for any ad revenue on any channel. The goal is to increase regularity of content with your help - with the ultimate goal being to quit both jobs and make videos full time.

Aside from the obvious share/like/comment/subscribe method, this is the only method of supporting what I do. I hope to add more options in the future as audience interest grows. Please don't feel the need to give beyond what is comfortable, or at all. Just enjoying my work on it's own is the purest support. Without an audience, I'm performing for myself in an empty room.

Currently, it is mainly just me, with occasional help from those closest to me, including my son! The more support I get, the more of a 'we' this can be. I want to hire and pay crew, actors, and other creatives in my area. In essence, continue that investment in me to the rest of my community.

My main focus: I’ve written a pilot for a web series set in the Elite Dangerous universe that I’ve been working on over the past 2 years. I plan to use a combination of game footage and chroma (green/blue) screen acting to achieve this. To my knowledge, no other creator of Elite-based content has achieved this. With or without supporters, I’ll be making this series. So any support will make it happen easier, better, and sooner.
