بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
Welcome to Your Health: Your Wealth
If I had to tell you something special as a human being, after telling you about God and my blessed Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who will be a VIP in heaven, I would tell you about insulin.
What Is Insulin and Why Is It Important?
Insulin is a key that unlocks your cells, letting them drink and eat. These keys are produced in the pancreas. Every time you eat or drink, these keys are used to feed your cells. But here’s the problem: these keys are fragile. If you eat too much sugar, you can break them. Once the keys are broken, your cells cannot access the food and drink they need, leading to a state where you begin to starve—no matter how much you eat or drink.

Educating every Muslim (and everyone, really) about insulin and its function is a necessity that cannot be ignored. Understanding insulin is mandatory knowledge because it directly impacts your daily life. Every time you eat or drink, your body begins a chemical challenge, working to process what you’ve consumed. If you fail to understand how this works, you risk not just your health but also your quality of life. A lack of knowledge about insulin will lead to poor health, a shorter lifespan, and other challenges.
Fasting, as encouraged in Islam, is beneficial, but it does not mean sugar is harmless. Sugar is, in fact, the enemy. It destroys the keys that feed your cells. Unfortunately, sugar companies do not label their foods with warnings that sugar can kill you. This is a serious issue, and it’s crucial for every individual to recognize sugar as a potential destroyer of health.

To help you understand this better, I’ve included an informative video:

The video covers a lot of essential points, and while it’s both entertaining and educational, there’s still much more to discuss.

Insulin is a key that unlocks your cells to let them drink and eat. These keys are made in the pancreas. Every time you eat or drink, the keys are used to feed your cells. But these keys are fragile—if you eat too much sugar, you can break them. When the keys break, your cells can't get the food and drink they need, and you start to starve, no matter how much you eat or drink.
Educating every Muslim about insulin and how it works is becoming a necessity that cannot be avoided. Anyone who doesn't know what insulin is and how it works cannot live a healthy life. Obviously, fasting is beneficial, but that does not mean sugar is harmless. Unfortunately, sugar companies do not label their foods and drinks with warnings that sugar will kill you. Sugar is your enemy; it will destroy the keys that feed your cells.

Now we turn to the woman who will make it happen
Michelle Obama’s Legacy: A Champion for Health
We cannot talk about health without acknowledging Michelle Obama’s incredible work. Her efforts to promote health care and challenge the sugar and food industries were groundbreaking. Michelle Obama played a critical role in advancing the Affordable Care Act, despite the political risks. Many don’t realize that if it weren’t for Michelle’s unwavering determination, Barack Obama may have hesitated to push for health care reform.

Michelle Obama also took on the food industry, advocating for healthier school lunches and attempting to ban sugary drinks in schools. Though she faced backlash, her efforts led to significant changes. She successfully banned sugary drinks in schools, but her quiet battle with the food industry highlighted just how tough her mission was.

A Vision for the Future: The Michelle and Omar Hotel
Looking ahead, I’m excited to collaborate with Michelle Obama on a project that combines education, health, and hospitality. The “Michelle and Omar Hotel” will be a space where people can come to learn about health, insulin, and nutrition. It will offer offline knowledge through workshops, cooking classes, and health seminars, alongside the online campaigns powered by AI.
This hotel will be more than just a place to stay—it will be a center for learning, healing, and community. The suites will reflect the warmth and hospitality of its founders, with a special focus on promoting health and wellness. Of course, Barack Obama might bring some sweets to the table, but we’ll make sure the focus remains on education and health!

A Message to Michelle Obama
Michelle, your work has changed lives, and your legacy will continue to inspire generations to come. Thank you for everything you’ve done, and I look forward to working together to make even greater changes.
The Omar and Michelle Project: A Vision for Women and Children
The Omar and Michelle Project is more than just a dream—it is a commitment to building a future where women and children thrive, where families are supported, and where strength and resilience are celebrated. This initiative will stand as a beacon of hope, inspired by the timeless values of compassion, dignity, and justice found in the Quran and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
The Quran reminds us of the immense value and responsibility placed on families:
“We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination.” (Quran 31:14)
This verse highlights the sacrifice and importance of mothers, whose nurturing forms the foundation of society. Women are the bedrock of strength and progress, and it is our duty to create environments where they can flourish.
The Legacy of Khadija (RA): A Model for Empowerment
One of the most powerful examples of a strong, independent woman in Islamic history is Khadija bint Khuwaylid (RA), the wife of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Khadija was a businesswoman, a leader, and a source of unwavering support for the Prophet during the most difficult moments of his mission. She was known for her wisdom, courage, and compassion, and her legacy continues to inspire generations of women.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said about her:
“She believed in me when no one else did; she accepted Islam when people rejected me; and she helped and comforted me when there was no one else to lend me a helping hand.” (Musnad Ahmad, Hadith 24864)
Khadija’s life teaches us that women have an extraordinary role to play—not just in the family, but in society, in leadership, and in creating positive change.
Our Vision
The Omar and Michelle Project aims to embody this legacy of empowerment. This initiative will establish daycare centers and educational facilities for children, giving them the foundation they need to succeed. It will also create safe spaces and opportunities for mothers, enabling them to thrive in their roles as caregivers, leaders, and contributors to society.
This project will focus on:
Daycare Centers: Affordable and accessible daycare options for working mothers, ensuring their children are cared for in nurturing environments.
Women’s Empowerment Programs: Workshops, business training, and mentorship opportunities inspired by the legacy of Khadija (RA).
Health and Wellness Campaigns: Promoting nutrition, healthcare education, and overall well-being for women and children.
Community Support: Creating a network of women supporting women, fostering unity and strength within communities.
The Quran also reminds us of the shared responsibility we have toward each other:
“The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those—Allah will have mercy upon them.” (Quran 9:71)
This verse reinforces the importance of partnership and unity. The Omar and Michelle Project will be a partnership between communities, organizations, and individuals, coming together to create lasting change.
Strength and Toughness: Building a Better Future
Women are pillars of strength. They raise families, build businesses, and transform societies. Yet, they often face challenges that require resilience and toughness. The Omar and Michelle Project seeks to provide the tools, resources, and support needed to empower women and ensure they can overcome any obstacle.
Together, we will create a world where women are celebrated, children are nurtured, and families are strengthened. Inspired by faith, history, and the resilience of those who came before us, this project will honor the legacy of women like Khadija (RA) and the tireless efforts of leaders like Michelle Obama.
As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
“The world and all things in it are valuable, but the most valuable thing in the world is a righteous woman.” (Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith 1855)
With this vision, the Omar and Michelle Project will serve as a cornerstone for a brighter future, rooted in compassion, resilience, and the belief that when women and children are uplifted, the entire world benefits.
