WELCOME TO THE 2028 ELECTION — WHO’S GOING TO BE PRESIDENT?

image

Is it going to be a man? Is it going to be a woman?

The answer of the Superuser is simple:

It does not matter. It just needs to be the best candidate.

WE ARE RESTORING THE RENAISSANCE OF AMERICA IN TERMS OF LEADERSHIP.

I am looking forward to the 2028 election because I want to begin changing what it means to run for President of the United States.

I want to restore the idea that leadership has to be earned, studied, demonstrated, and practiced before somebody shows up asking for the most powerful office in the country.

You cannot disappear for four years, know nothing about foreign policy, never travel the world, never participate when difficult problems are actually happening, then suddenly show up during election season, run some advertisements, raise a bunch of money, and expect the American people to hand you the presidency.

THAT OLD SYSTEM IS FINISHED.

We have TikTok.

We have blogs.

We know.

We are involved in our government affairs.

We are involved in foreign policy.

We are watching.

We are learning.

We are participating.

And this is something I want people to understand:

POWER IS A TRUST.

The presidency is not supposed to be a reward for the person who raises the most money, hires the best consultants, buys the most advertisements, or knows how to perform during an election.

The presidency is a trust.

And when somebody asks the American people to give them that trust, I want to know what they were doing before they asked for it.

Were you solving problems?

Were you studying?

Were you writing?

Were you participating in the difficult conversations?

Were you paying attention to what was happening around the world?

Were you learning foreign policy?

Were you traveling?

Were you meeting people?

Were you understanding other governments, other cultures, other religions, other civilizations?

Or were you waiting until election time?

Because I am telling future candidates right now:

DO NOT SHOW UP AT ELECTION TIME IF YOU WERE ABSENT WHEN THE PROBLEMS WERE HAPPENING.

If you chose to take a vacation while the world was burning, don't come back when the election begins and suddenly tell us that you are ready to lead the world.

If you don't understand foreign policy, you are not ready to be President of the United States.

If you don't understand history, you are not ready.

If you don't understand politics, diplomacy, war, peace, economics, technology, religion, and the world around you, then the presidency should not be the place where you begin learning those things.

MASTER THE INSTRUMENTS OF LEADERSHIP FIRST.

That is the new qualification.

You have to master the instruments of leadership.

You have to show us that you understand foreign policy.

You have to show us that you understand history.

You have to travel the world.

You have to understand people who are different from you.

You have to have a record.

You should have a blog.

You should have writings.

You should have positions.

You should have ideas.

You should be solving problems before you are elected.

Because if you cannot solve problems without the office, why should we believe that giving you the office is suddenly going to make you a leader?

That is one of the biggest changes I want to introduce into American politics.

THE KENNEDY STANDARD

THE AMERICAN RENAISSANCE

I am calling this The Kennedy Standard because America once expected presidents to understand the world.

Leadership was not supposed to mean showing up with slogans.

It was supposed to mean understanding history, foreign policy, diplomacy, culture, government, war, peace, and the responsibility America carries in the world.

I want to restore that expectation.

Not because we need another John F. Kennedy.

Not because we need to copy the past.

But because:

WE NEED STANDARDS AGAIN.

The question should not simply be:

Can you win an election?

The question should be:

CAN YOU LEAD A CIVILIZATION?

Because that is what the President of the United States is being asked to do.

THE SUPERUSER ELECTORAL COLLEGE

I am also going to experiment with restoring the original spirit of the Electoral College in a new way.

I am not talking about taking away anybody's constitutional right to vote.

I am talking about creating another layer of citizens who have proven that they understand politics, foreign policy, history, government, and leadership.

People who actually study these subjects.

People who have done the work.

People who can look at a candidate and say:

I know what this person has done. I know what this person believes. I know where this person stood when the crisis happened.

Those citizens should be able to publish their votes and evaluations ahead of time.

I want to demonstrate this.

I want Americans to see what happens when informed citizens begin evaluating candidates long before election night.

Not because they are rich.

Not because they belong to a political party.

Not because somebody gave them a title.

But because:

THEY MASTERED THE SUBJECT.

And maybe over time, that becomes something powerful.

Maybe young people begin studying government because they want to earn that responsibility.

Maybe Americans begin competing over knowledge instead of political outrage.

Maybe leadership itself becomes something people study again.

That is part of what I mean when I say:

WE ARE RESTORING THE RENAISSANCE OF AMERICA IN TERMS OF LEADERSHIP.

REMOVE THE MONEY. REMOVE THE CORRUPTION.

One of my biggest goals is to remove this idea that money is what gives somebody political legitimacy.

Billions of dollars are spent convincing Americans who to vote for.

Why?

We have phones.

We have TikTok.

We have blogs.

We have YouTube.

We have AI.

We can listen to candidates directly.

We can read what they wrote.

We can study their record.

We can go back five years and see what they said.

We can see who actually participated when the issue was difficult and who only arrived after somebody told them the polling looked good.

MONEY SHOULD HAVE LESS AND LESS POWER IN THAT WORLD.

The candidate with the most money should not automatically have the loudest voice.

A person with the best idea should be able to compete.

A person sitting somewhere with a phone, an idea, a blog, and knowledge should be able to influence the political system.

That is the kind of America I want to build.

THE OPEN OFFICE

I have already begun developing another concept that connects directly to this:

THE OPEN OFFICE.

And let me tell future elected officials something.

If you want public power, you should expect:

RADICAL PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY.

I have said that politicians should have almost no privacy when it comes to the exercise of public power.

What I mean by that is simple:

AI SHOULD BE WATCHING THE PUBLIC RECORD.

Not spying inside somebody's bedroom.

Not invading a family's private life.

But watching what politicians actually do with our power.

What did you vote for?

What did you promise?

Who did you meet?

What policy did you support?

How much money did it cost?

Did it work?

Did you tell the truth?

Did you change your position?

Did you admit when you were wrong?

Did you disappear during a crisis?

Did you show up after the crisis was already over and pretend you had been leading it?

AI can track that.

And instead of Americans trying to remember thousands of political events:

AI CAN GENERATE THE REPORT CARD.

That is where I believe politics is heading.

THE PRESIDENTIAL REPORT CARD

Imagine every future candidate having a living public report card.

Not created three months before Election Day.

Created years before Election Day.

Foreign policy.

Domestic policy.

Economics.

History.

Constitutional understanding.

Technology.

Artificial intelligence.

War and peace.

Leadership during crisis.

Public service.

Judgment.

Character.

Ability to admit mistakes.

Ability to work with people who disagree.

Ability to understand another country without immediately wanting to bomb it.

All of it.

And the report card keeps changing as the candidate keeps working.

That means you cannot hide behind an advertisement anymore.

You cannot rewrite your entire political identity three months before the election.

THE RECORD IS THE RECORD.

2028 BEGINS BEFORE 2028

This is probably the most important thing I want future candidates to understand.

THE 2028 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION HAS ALREADY BEGUN.

Not the campaign.

THE QUALIFICATION.

If you want to be president in 2028, I want to know what you're doing in 2026.

What are you learning?

What are you writing?

What are you solving?

Where are you traveling?

Who are you talking to?

How are you thinking about Russia?

Ukraine?

China?

Africa?

The Middle East?

Latin America?

Artificial intelligence?

Housing?

Healthcare?

Education?

The national debt?

The future of American workers?

What are you actually doing?

Because I do not want somebody to walk onto a debate stage in 2028 and introduce themselves to the country for the first time.

WE SHOULD ALREADY KNOW YOU.

Not because you're famous.

Because:

YOU HAVE A BODY OF WORK.

MAN OR WOMAN? I DON'T CARE.

And that brings me back to the first question.

Is our next president going to be a man?

Is our next president going to be a woman?

I DON'T CARE.

GIVE ME THE BEST CANDIDATE.

Give me the person who mastered the instruments of leadership.

Give me somebody who understands the world.

Give me somebody who knows history.

Give me somebody who understands that the presidency is not fame.

It is not celebrity.

It is not an entitlement.

It is not a retirement prize for somebody who spent twenty years climbing a political ladder.

IT IS A TRUST.

And whoever earns that trust should be the person who demonstrated that they were capable of carrying it.

TO THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE PRESIDENT

Here is my message to you.

You are thinking about running in 2028?

Good.

START WORKING NOW.

Start writing.

Start studying.

Start traveling.

Start solving problems.

Start participating.

Show us your foreign policy.

Show us your understanding of American history.

Show us how you think.

Show us how you respond when you're wrong.

Show us how you deal with people who disagree with you.

Show us what kind of decisions you make when nobody is applauding.

And don't wait until somebody gives you a campaign budget.

You have a phone.

USE IT.

You have the internet.

USE IT.

You have a blog.

WRITE.

You have AI.

LEARN.

You have access to more knowledge than almost any president in American history ever had.

THERE IS NO EXCUSE ANYMORE.

WELCOME TO THE AMERICAN RENAISSANCE

I don't know whether I will succeed.

There is no guarantee.

I am building this for the future generation.

Maybe it takes years.

Maybe somebody improves it.

Maybe somebody takes this idea and builds something far better than I ever imagined.

That's fine.

The goal is bigger than me.

The goal is to make sure the most capable people in America are encouraged to lead and that the least prepared people cannot simply purchase their way into our attention.

I want young Americans to grow up believing that:

LEADERSHIP IS SOMETHING YOU MASTER.

I want them to study the instruments.

I want them to understand government.

I want them to understand the world.

And maybe someday, when one of them walks into the Oval Office, we will not be wondering whether they are prepared.

WE WILL ALREADY KNOW.

WELCOME TO THE 2028 ELECTION.

WHO'S GOING TO BE PRESIDENT?

I don't know.

But whoever you are:

MASTER THE INSTRUMENTS OF LEADERSHIP.

THE KENNEDY STANDARD

THE AMERICAN RENAISSANCE
