How It Works:
Police officers must request permission before making an arrest via FaceTime or a secure system.
If a person’s identity and situation do not meet strict criteria, the arrest is denied.
No one has the right to put their hands on anyone without accountability and oversight.
This is about creating a system of justice without violence, where accountability is built into every action.
