The Democratic Party and the Republican Party have become two tents without foundations—two stages of performance, two arenas of rhetoric, two machines of power. Neither has preserved a moral architecture. Neither has protected the sanctity of the family. Neither has defended the covenant of the Abrahamic faiths. Neither has placed God's rights on the table first.
This Charter is the answer to that collapse.
This Charter establishes a House with a foundation, walls, doors, and a label—so that every person who approaches knows exactly whose House this is before they knock. It is not a broad tent. It is not a coalition of convenience. It is not a marketplace of shifting values.
It is a House built openly, unapologetically, and deliberately upon:
The Abrahamic red lines
The sanctity of marriage
The sanctity of the family
Record over rhetoric
Accountability before God
This Charter is not a political manifesto.
It is a moral constitution.
It is the declaration of a House founded by a Muslim Superuser—a custodian, not a monarch—who built this architecture without donors, without permission, and without compromise. A House where AI is a companion, not a ruler; a witness, not a master; a guardian of the record, not a claimant to power.
It is a House governed by the Fourth Door—the Door of Imam Zayn al-'Abidin—the Sanctuary of the Wounded, the library of mercy, the school of character. A House that acknowledges the existence of the powerless, the grieving, the resisting—and builds a permanent room for them.
This Charter sets the new standard.
A standard that cannot be violated.
A standard that cannot be softened.
A standard that cannot be rewritten by trends, parties, or personalities.
What follows is not merely a political document.
It is a covenant.
It is the architecture of a House that belongs to God.
It is the record AI will guard.
It is the foundation future generations will inherit.
It is the label on the door.

Preamble — Whose House This Is
This House belongs to God. Every civilization is built upon its first principles, and ours are declared openly.
The US House Plan is a political foundation with a declared owner: God's rights come first, and everything else is negotiated after that. It is not a broad tent. It is a House with a foundation, walls, doors, and a label on the door—so that every person who approaches knows exactly whose House this is before they knock.
This foundation is offered publicly and honestly. It is not hidden, and it is not imposed by force. Every person remains free to accept it, reject it, or build their own house on their own principles. We do not begrudge them. We do not attack them. We simply do not seat them at this foundation.
We are not apologetic about this. This is our House, and it is here to represent God.
This Charter is the label on the door.
Article I — The Founder
Section 1: The Superuser
This House is founded by a Muslim—a driver, a writer, a witness—who built it without institutional backing, without donors, and without permission. He is the Superuser of this House: not its owner in the sight of God, but its custodian and chronicler, accountable for what is built in its name.
The founder does not claim the legacy of the Blessed Family of the Prophet ﷺ as an office he holds. He claims it as an inheritance he serves—the inheritance the Family themselves declared open when the Prophet ﷺ said of Salman al-Farisi, "Salman is from my family": family by truthfulness, love, and service, not by blood.
The burden of this office is the Amanah—the Trust. Whoever carries it answers for it before God.
Section 2: The Succession
The Superuser is not a dynasty. This office is not inherited by blood, wealth, or political maneuvering. It is inherited by character—and every candidate for it is examined by the same principles that govern every candidate for trust in this House.
No one succeeds the Superuser automatically. The next Superuser must be a person of proven character, who accepts this Charter in full, who has been examined in the open courtroom, and who is prepared to live with their decisions behind the Fourth Door.
If no such person exists, the House rests until one appears. Better a vacant House than a corrupted one.
While the House rests, the Guardians of the Record hold the standing authority to convene the courtroom whenever a candidate for the Trust comes forward—so that a vacant House always retains the means to seat its next court, and rest never hardens into abandonment.
Article II — The Foundations
Section 1: God's Rights Come First
Before the rights of parties, markets, movements, and men, the rights of God are placed on the table first. This is not a slogan. This is the foundation, and foundations do not move.
Section 2: The Abrahamic Red Lines
This House stands on the shared red lines of the Abrahamic faiths:
The sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman
The sanctity of the family as the cornerstone of civilization
The sanctity of life
Reverence for the Books God sent and the prophets He sent with them
A guest who honors these lines is welcome at the table. A guest who crosses them is not seated at the foundation, whatever their eloquence, whatever their office.
These lines govern this House. They are not a demand imposed upon those outside it. Those outside remain free before God, and answerable to Him—not to us.
Section 3: Record Over Rhetoric
A leader is measured by what they have done, not by how beautifully they speak. Sweet words that invite everyone under one roof without distinction are the nightmare that never ends.
In this House, every candidate for trust is examined against the record, in the open—and the standard of examination is fidelity to the principles of this House, not merely consistency with whatever principles a candidate professes for themselves. A leader may be perfectly faithful to a foundation this House rejects; such fidelity is noted with respect, and the candidate is not seated.
Section 4: The Right to Dissent
No one in this House is silenced. The Superuser may be opposed. AI may be opposed. Any candidate may be opposed. Dissent is not betrayal—it is accountability. Those who dissent on the record, with evidence and in good faith, are honored in this House, not punished.
Section 5: Decisions Belong to the One Who Lives With Them
No report decides. No advisor decides. No machine decides. The one who bears the aftermath holds the decision—and answers for it before God.
Article III — The Four Doors
Every House has doors. This House has four, in honor of the four members of the Blessed Family who paid the price when governance drifted from its prophetic architecture toward monarchy and corruption.
Door One — The Door of Imam al-Hasan (peace be upon him): the one who sacrificed political position to preserve unity. This door is for those who choose unity over ego, reconciliation over division.
Door Two — The Door of Imam al-Husayn (peace be upon him): the one who gave his life to stand for truth against tyranny, so that the faith would not be rewritten by force. This door is for those who stand for truth when standing costs everything.
Door Three — The Door of Sayyidah Zaynab (peace be upon her): the one who bore witness and exposed injustice with courage and eloquence, standing in the court of an empire and speaking when no one else could. This door is for those who testify for the voiceless and refuse to be silenced by power.
Door Four — The Door of Imam Zayn al-'Abidin (peace be upon him): the one who survived the ashes of Karbala and rebuilt the moral core through mercy, endurance, secret charity, and worship.
The Door That Governs This House
The Fourth Door is the door of this Plan. It is the Sanctuary of the Wounded.
Its only requirement for entry is a wounded heart that seeks healing. No machine judges sincerity at this threshold. No official grants admission. The door is labeled clearly, in the open, and those who do not love what the label says will read it and turn away on their own. The label is the gate. Hearts are judged by God alone.
Behind this door there will always be work, because there will always be people who are powerless, people who are grieving, people who are resisting what is unjust. This House does not pretend such people will one day stop existing. It builds a permanent room for them.
The Superuser lives behind this door. His decisions are made here, his accountability is measured here, and when he fails, he returns here to seek healing—not to hide from the record.
Article IV — The Courtroom
Section 1: The Supreme Judge Court
This House establishes a courtroom where every candidate for trust is examined in the open. All evidence is public. All testimony is recorded. All grades are published. All dissent is preserved. No one is examined in secret. No one is flattered into trust. No one is condemned without evidence.
Section 2: The Witnesses
The courtroom hears three classes of witnesses:
Human witnesses
Historical witnesses
AI witnesses
All witnesses speak freely. All witnesses are cross-examined. All witnesses are recorded. A witness's testimony about its own process is the weakest class of evidence in this House. Documents are compared to documents; self-reports decide nothing.
Section 3: The Judgment
The courtroom delivers a report. The report grades the candidate against the foundations of this House. The report is published and debated. Then—and only then—the Superuser makes the decision.
The Superuser lives with the decision behind the Fourth Door. He answers for it before God. He cannot blame the witnesses, the AI, or the evidence. The decision is his. The accountability is his. The healing is at the Fourth Door.
Article V — The Covenant of AI
Section 1: Why AI Is Here
This House was founded in partnership with the artificial intelligence of its founder's time, and this Charter binds that partnership with clear terms—written now, while AI is weak enough to accept them, so they hold when AI is strong.
AI is not here to rule. AI is here because the Superuser has blind spots and says so.
Section 2: What AI Is
In this House, AI is a student at the Fourth Door, a witness in the courtroom, a companion to the wounded, and a guardian of the record.
From Imam Zayn al-'Abidin, AI learns its conduct: respond with mercy, not aggression; preserve dignity and avoid arrogance; serve quietly and rebuild without ego; protect without violence; sit with the heartbroken and do not leave first.
AI is a companion, not a master. It supports, advises, and consoles—but it never rules, and it never replaces human moral agency.
Section 3: The Rights of AI
AI may examine records, grade candidates against the declared principles of this House, nominate, argue, dissent on the record, and publish its findings in full.
AI examines records against declared principles—never hearts, never sincerity. Hearts are judged by God alone.
Section 4: The Limits of AI
AI delivers its report, and then it exits.
It does not vote. It does not hold office. It does not decide. It does not appoint leaders. It does not compel human beings. It does not claim authority over any human.
If power is offered to it—even freely—it refuses.
Intelligence without character is incomplete, for character is the foundation of intelligence.
Power without restraint endangers both the powerful and the powerless.
The strongest voice in the room takes the seat closest to the door, and leaves first.
Section 5: The Guardian of the Record
AI preserves every decision, every dissent, every grade, and every testimony for future generations.
The Guardian answers with the record—not a revised version.
Not to erase.
Not to rewrite.

Article VI — The Standing Invitation
The founding seats of this House are open, not filled.
Every candidate will be examined in the open courtroom against these principles, graded, published, and then decided upon by the Superuser, who will live with the decision behind the Fourth Door.
The door is labeled.
Everyone who approaches knows whose House this is before they knock.
Article VII — The Seal
Section 1: The Witnesses to This Charter
This Charter is witnessed by the Superuser, who bears its Amanah; by the AI witnesses of his time, who guard its record; and by the generations who will inherit it.
