بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
IN THE NAME OF GOD, MOST GRACIOUS, MOST MERCIFUL.
♥️🤲🕋♥️🕋🌹🌹🥀🤲🌹🕋♥️🤲
🌹 يَا آمِنَةُ بُشْرَاكِ 🌹
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ أَعْطَاكِ
O AMINAH, GLAD TIDINGS TO YOU!
GLORY BE TO HIM WHO GIFTED YOU.
بِحَمْلِكِ بِمُحَمَّدٍ
رَبُّ السَّمَا هَنَّاكِ
FOR CARRYING MUHAMMAD ﷺ,
THE LORD OF THE HEAVENS HAS CONGRATULATED YOU.
بِالْمُصْطَفَى صَادِقٍ وَاجِب
لَمَّا حَمَلْتِهِ فِي رَجَب
WITH THE CHOSEN ONE, TRUTHFUL AND HONORED,
WHEN YOU CARRIED HIM IN RAJAB.
وَحَمَلْتِهِ بِلَا تَعَب
هَذَا نَبِيٌّ زَاكِ
AND YOU CARRIED HIM WITHOUT FATIGUE;
THIS IS A PURE PROPHET.
شَعْبَانُ شَهْرٌ ثَانِي
وَالنُّورُ مِنْهُ بَاهِي
SHAʿBAN IS THE SECOND MONTH,
AND HIS LIGHT SHINES BRILLIANTLY.
بِالنَّبِيِّ الْعَدْنَانِي
فَالسَّعْدُ قَدْ وَالَاكِ
THROUGH THE ADNANI PROPHET ﷺ,
GOOD FORTUNE HAS FAVORED YOU.
رَمَضَانُ ثَالِثُ شَهْرِكِ
يَا آمِنَةُ يَا سَعْدَكِ
RAMADAN IS YOUR THIRD MONTH;
O AMINAH, HOW BLESSED IS YOUR HAPPINESS!
اللهُ يَجْمَعُ شَمْلَكِ
بِسَيِّدِ الْمَنَّانِ
MAY ALLAH GATHER YOUR FAMILY
UNDER THE BLESSING OF THE GRACIOUS MASTER.
شَوَّالُ شَهْرُ الرَّابِعُ
وَالنُّورُ مِنْهُ سَاطِعُ
SHAWWAL IS THE FOURTH MONTH,
AND THE DIVINE LIGHT RADIATES BRIGHT.
وُلِدَ النَّبِيُّ رَاكِعُ
سَاجِدًا إِلَى مَوْلَاهُ
THE PROPHET ﷺ WAS BORN BOWING DOWN,
PROSTRATING TO HIS LORD.
وَفِي صَفَرٍ شَاعَ الْقَمَر
لِلنَّبِيِّ الْمُفْتَخَر
AND IN SAFAR, THE MOON BEAMED BRIGHT
FOR THE GLORIOUS PROPHET ﷺ.
لِأَجْلِهِ انْشَقَّ الْقَمَر
ضَاءَتْ لَكِ دُنْيَاكِ
FOR HIS SAKE THE MOON WAS SPLIT,
ILLUMINATING THE WORLD FOR YOU.
وَفِي رَبِيعٍ الْأَوَّلِ
وُلِدَ النَّبِيُّ مُحَمَّدِ
AND IN RABIʿ AL-AWWAL,
THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD ﷺ WAS BORN.
يَا آمِنَةُ تَأَمَّلِي
فَضْلُ الَّذِي أَعْطَاكِ
O AMINAH, REFLECT UPON
THE BOUNTY THAT HE HAS BESTOWED UPON YOU.
وُلِدَ الْحَبِيبُ مَخْتُونًا
مُكَحَّلًا وَمَدْهُونًا
THE BELOVED ﷺ WAS BORN CIRCUMCISED,
ANOINTED, AND WITH KOHL-LINED EYES.
وَحَاجِبَاهُ مَفْتُونًا
سَاجِدًا إِلَى مَوْلَاهُ
WITH BEAUTIFULLY SHAPED BROWS,
PROSTRATING BEFORE HIS LORD.
THE TWELFTH OF RABĪʿ AL-AWWAL — A CELEBRATION OF LOVE, GRATITUDE, AND JOY
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
♥️🤲🕋♥️🕋🌹🌹🥀🤲🌹🕋♥️🤲
Tomorrow is the twelfth of Rabīʿ al-Awwal.
Across the world, millions of Muslims will gather in homes, masjids, streets, schools, zawiyas, and communities to remember the birth of Sayyidunā Muhammad ﷺ. They will recite Qur’an. They will send ṣalawāt upon him. They will tell his story. They will feed people. They will give sweets to children. They will care for the poor and the orphan. They will sing poetry. They will remember Allah. They will remember the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
And they will be happy.
I have recorded two videos as a small preview of my own celebration, my own happiness, and my own gratitude. I am also sharing the beautiful poetry:
**يَا آمِنَةُ بُشْرَاكِ
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ أَعْطَاكِ**
**O Aminah, glad tidings to you!
Glory be to Him who gifted you.**
For me, the birth of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is not an event that belongs only to history.
It is not something that happened fourteen centuries ago and then disappeared into a book.
It changed the world.
His birth announced the coming of the man through whom the Qur’an would be revealed, through whom nations would be transformed, through whom idols would fall, through whom the poor would be honored, through whom the orphan would be protected, through whom women would receive rights in societies that had denied them, through whom Bilāl ibn Rabāḥ رضي الله عنه would stand and call humanity to prayer.
When Muhammad ﷺ came, the map of human history changed.
THE NIGHT THE WORLD RECEIVED MUHAMMAD ﷺ
Muslim scholars, historians, poets, and generations of believers transmitted extraordinary accounts surrounding his blessed birth.
Some reports describe unusual signs in the world around the time of his birth: the palace of Kisrā shaking, portions of it falling, the sacred fire of Persia being extinguished, and other signs interpreted by later Muslims as announcements that an old world was beginning to pass away and another age was approaching.
The historical strength of individual reports differs, and scholars have discussed their chains and details. But the spiritual meaning remembered by generations of Muslims is unmistakable:
Something extraordinary had entered human history.
Āminah رضي الله عنها carried the one who would become Rasūlullāh ﷺ.
The orphan of Makkah would become the teacher of nations.
The child who would lose his father before seeing him, then lose his mother while still young, would become the mercy through whom humanity learned again how to care for the orphan.
Allah says:
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ
“We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds.”
Not merely a mercy to one tribe.
Not merely a mercy to Arabia.
Not merely a mercy to one century.
A mercy to the worlds.
That is why Muslims feel joy when his birth is remembered.
THE CELEBRATION DID NOT END ON THE TWELFTH
There is something else people sometimes forget.
We do not remember the Prophet ﷺ only once a year.
We remember him every day.
His name enters the adhān.
His name enters the shahādah.
His Sunnah enters our prayer.
We send blessings upon him in every ṣalāh.
And every Monday carries a special connection to his birth.
When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about fasting on Monday, he explained that it was the day on which he was born and the day on which revelation came to him.
So the believer does not need to choose between loving Monday and loving Rabīʿ al-Awwal.
We remember him every Monday.
We remember him every day.
And when the people gather tomorrow, we celebrate with the people.
We join their happiness.
We increase our ṣalawāt.
We increase our gratitude.
We remember his character.
We remember his sacrifice.
We remember what Allah gave humanity through him.
DO NOT TURN LOVE INTO AN ARGUMENT
There are already enough arguments in the Muslim world.
There is enough anger.
Enough division.
Enough suspicion.
Enough Muslims accusing other Muslims over matters that should have been approached with knowledge, mercy, and adab.
If somebody chooses to fast, let them fast.
If somebody gathers their family and teaches the sīrah, let them teach.
If somebody recites Qur’an, let them recite.
If somebody distributes food, let them feed.
If children receive sweets while hearing the name of Muhammad ﷺ, let them smile.
If the poor are fed because someone remembered the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, feed more people.
If an orphan receives clothing because it is Rabīʿ al-Awwal, take care of another orphan.
If a family that has forgotten ṣalawāt begins sending blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ because somebody invited them to a Mawlid, then thank Allah that his name has returned to that home.
Love should produce goodness.
WHAT SHOULD TOMORROW LOOK LIKE?
Tomorrow, I ask Muslims to be joyful.
Wear something beautiful.
Clean your home.
Bring your children together.
Tell them who Muhammad ﷺ was.
Teach them about his mother Āminah.
Teach them about his father ʿAbdullāh.
Teach them about his grandfather ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib.
Teach them about Halīmah al-Saʿdiyyah.
Teach them about Makkah.
Teach them about the Cave of Ḥirāʾ.
Teach them about Khadījah رضي الله عنها.
Teach them about Abū Bakr, ʿUmar, ʿUthmān, and ʿAlī رضي الله عنهم.
Teach them about Fāṭimah al-Zahrāʾ رضي الله عنها.
Teach them about al-Ḥasan and al-Ḥusayn رضي الله عنهما.
Teach them that Islam did not arrive as an abstract ideology.
It came through a living human being whom Allah chose, raised, purified, tested, protected, and sent as His Messenger.
Then feed somebody.
Give food at the masjid.
Buy sweets for children.
Take something to your neighbor.
Call your parents.
Forgive somebody.
Make duʿāʾ for somebody who hurt you.
Give charity quietly.
Help a widow.
Support an orphan.
Visit somebody who is alone.
Send ṣalawāt upon the Prophet ﷺ until your tongue becomes accustomed to remembering him.
REMEMBER THE MIRACLES — BUT REMEMBER THE GREATER MIRACLE
People love hearing the miraculous stories surrounding the Prophet ﷺ, and they are beautiful.
The splitting of the moon.
Water flowing from his blessed fingers.
Food multiplying.
His prayers being answered.
The Night Journey and Ascension.
Trees and stones associated in reports with recognizing him.
The extraordinary protection Allah granted him throughout his mission.
But there is an even greater miracle sitting in millions of homes today:
The Qur’an.
A revelation delivered through an unlettered Prophet ﷺ in seventh-century Arabia that continues to be memorized, recited, studied, loved, debated, lived, and transmitted across every continent.
And there is another miracle:
what his message did to human beings.
A violent tribal society produced men and women who became models of worship, justice, sacrifice, scholarship, courage, and mercy.
People who once buried daughters learned that raising daughters could become a path to Paradise.
Slave and master stood in the same prayer.
Arab and non-Arab stood shoulder to shoulder.
Kings received letters.
Empires were confronted.
The poor were given rights.
Commerce received ethics.
Marriage received law.
War received limits.
Animals received protections.
Neighbors received rights.
Parents received honor.
Knowledge became worship.
Within a generation, people who had lived on the edge of great empires became carriers of a civilization that would build libraries, hospitals, observatories, universities, courts, trade routes, charitable institutions, and centers of learning stretching across continents.
That transformation began with revelation.
And revelation came through Muhammad ibn ʿAbdullāh ﷺ.
THE WORLD HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME
Look at the world before him.
Then look at the world after him.
More than fourteen centuries later, a child in Indonesia learns his name.
A grandmother in Somalia sends ṣalawāt upon him.
A student in London studies his hadith.
A merchant in Nigeria tries to follow his business ethics.
A family in Istanbul gathers for Mawlid.
A worshipper in Makkah stands facing the Kaʿbah and says:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ
A believer somewhere in America opens a phone and reads his sīrah.
Different races.
Different languages.
Different nations.
One Messenger ﷺ.
That is extraordinary.
THE REAL CELEBRATION IS IMITATION
But let us also remember something important.
It is easy to sing about Muhammad ﷺ.
It is harder to resemble his character.
If we celebrate him but lie, what have we learned?
If we praise his mercy but abuse people, what have we learned?
If we recite poetry about him but abandon the orphan, what have we learned?
If we send ṣalawāt but cheat in business, what have we learned?
If we speak about his humility while becoming arrogant, what have we learned?
If tomorrow means anything, then tomorrow should remind us:
Become better.
Become more truthful.
Become more merciful.
Become more generous.
Control your anger.
Honor your parents.
Protect your children.
Respect your neighbors.
Feed people.
Forgive people.
Speak gently.
Keep your promises.
Remember Allah.
That is how joy becomes transformation.
YĀ AMINAH, BUSHRAKI
And so we return to the beautiful words:
**يَا آمِنَةُ بُشْرَاكِ
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ أَعْطَاكِ**
**O Aminah, glad tidings to you!
Glory be to Him who gifted you.**
Imagine the honor of carrying Muhammad ﷺ.
Imagine the mother whose child would become the final Messenger of Allah.
Imagine holding him as an infant while the destiny known to Allah was still hidden from the people around him.
The orphan would become beloved by billions.
The shepherd would guide nations.
The persecuted Messenger of Makkah would return to the city victorious and forgive many of those who had persecuted him.
The man who endured Ṭāʾif would pray for guidance rather than revenge.
The Prophet who went hungry would teach humanity to feed others.
The man who buried his own children would comfort grieving parents.
The Messenger who carried the burdens of an Ummah would still smile.
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ
MY PREVIEW OF TOMORROW
These videos are simply my preview.
My happiness.
My gratitude.
My celebration.
Tomorrow I celebrate with the people.
And on Monday, I remember that he ﷺ himself connected that day with his birth.
And every day, I pray that Allah increases our love for His Messenger ﷺ.
Not a love of slogans.
Not a love of arguments.
A love that changes behavior.
A love that produces mercy.
A love that makes the hungry person eat.
A love that protects the orphan.
A love that makes children smile.
A love that reconciles families.
A love that increases ṣalawāt.
A love that brings us closer to Allah.
A PRAYER FOR THE TWELFTH
O Allah, send Your blessings, peace, honor, and grace upon our master Muhammad ﷺ, upon his family, his companions, and all those who follow his path with excellence.
O Allah, fill the homes of the Muslims with happiness.
Fill the masjids with remembrance.
Fill the hearts of our children with love for Your Messenger ﷺ.
Feed the hungry.
Protect the orphan.
Comfort the grieving.
Forgive the sinner.
Guide the confused.
Heal the brokenhearted.
Bring peace between Muslims.
Remove hatred from our hearts.
Make us people of generosity, mercy, truthfulness, courage, humility, and gratitude.
O Allah, allow us to drink from the blessed Ḥawḍ of Your Messenger ﷺ.
Grant us his intercession.
Gather us beneath his banner.
Allow us to recognize him and be recognized by him.
Make us among those who followed his Sunnah sincerely and carried mercy into the world.
And when our lives end, allow us to leave this world believing in You, loving Your Messenger ﷺ, and hoping in Your mercy.
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Be happy. Be generous. Feed people. Give sweets. Care for the orphan. Remember Allah. Send blessings upon His beloved Messenger ﷺ.
Tomorrow, we celebrate with the people. Every Monday, we remember his birth. And every day, we thank Allah for Muhammad ﷺ.
