The House of Wisdom is no longer a memory confined to history books. It is a living invitation to build again—to restore knowledge, trust, service, and excellence as acts of worship.
With its return comes the return of the Timekeeper—the guardian of truth, the keeper of the ledger, the protector of time, and the servant of the community.
The age of waiting is over.
The House of Wisdom is returning.
The Timekeepers are rising.
The Keepers of Wisdom are being called forward.
A Sacred Invitation to the Imams of the Ummah

To the Imams, the Khatibs, the Scholars, and the Guardians of the Masajid around the world,
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
I write to you not as a politician, nor as a technologist, but as a fellow Muslim who carries a deep conviction in my heart: The Ummah is ready for a new starting point.
For too long, we have looked backward at our golden age with nostalgia—remembering the great scientists, mathematicians, and philosophers—but we have forgotten that their achievements were not accidents of genius. They were the fruits of an institutional culture built on trust, precise record-keeping, and the elevation of knowledge as an act of worship.
That institution was the House of Wisdom (Bayt al-Hikma). It was not merely a library. It was a living system where translation, verification, and ethical debate produced the foundations of modern science. As the White Paper reminds us: "This is a revival of what was always there. A revival of what was deliberately forgotten. A revival of what the world has been enjoying for centuries without acknowledgment."
Today, the world is entering the Age of AI. Algorithms are rewriting economies, governments, and social structures. But without trusted human guardians, these systems will magnify division, corruption, and confusion rather than solve them.
That is why I am inviting you—the Imams of the Muslim world—to lead the revival of the House of Wisdom.
THE TIME HAS COME
We stand at a crossroads. The Muslim world possesses immense natural resources, a young demographic, and a rich intellectual heritage. Yet we struggle with:
Distrust within and between communities.
Corruption that drains our collective potential.
Division that weakens our political and economic standing.
Economic disorganization that leaves our scholars isolated from practical problem-solving.
Brothers in faith, these are not political problems. They are spiritual and institutional failures. And they require a spiritual and institutional solution.
Allah (SWT) commands us in Surah Al-Asr:
"By time! Indeed, humanity is in loss—except those who believe, do righteous deeds, and enjoin one another to truth and patience."
The Timekeeper—the Muwaqqit—was the person who protected the community from that loss. He synchronized the prayers. He organized the markets. He kept the records of debts and charities. He walked the neighborhoods so that no widow, orphan, or traveler was invisible to the community.
I am here to tell you: That office must return.
PROJECT ZERO: THE NEW HOUSE OF WISDOM
This is not a political movement. It is a restoration project.
I invite you and your congregations to participate in Project Zero—a global initiative to build a new House of Wisdom rooted in three simple, unshakable principles:
Zero Hatred – We will not weaponize our differences.
Zero Corruption – We will account for every resource entrusted to us.
Zero Broken Records – We will restore trust through transparent, verifiable ledgers.
Project Zero begins with the recognition that everything starts at Zero. We do not carry the baggage of past grievances into this new structure. We do not allow tribalism, nationalism, or sectarianism to poison our economic and intellectual cooperation.
From Zero, we build accurate, transparent, and beneficial systems for everyone in our community—Muslim and non-Muslim alike. Because the original House of Wisdom welcomed Persian, Greek, Indian, and Arab scholars under one roof. It was inclusive because it was truth-seeking.
As Project Zero's framework declares: "We are here to destroy the old system—not out of anger, but out of necessity. Because the old system runs on price opacity, and price opacity is the root of every injustice you have ever felt." The time has come to replace opacity with transparency, extraction with redistribution, and division with unity.
THE OFFICE OF THE TIMEKEEPER
Within the framework of Project Zero, I am formally proposing the revival of the Office of the Timekeeper in every mosque, Islamic center, and community trust around the world.
Imams, you are the natural leaders of this revival.
I ask you to identify the brightest person in your organization—a person of integrity, intelligence, and service—and appoint them as the Timekeeper of your mosque.
This is not an honorary title. It is a sacred responsibility. The Timekeeper is the one who will restore the forgotten architecture of Islamic economics. They will be the living bridge between your minbar and the marketplace.
The Timekeeper's duties are clear:
Walk the neighborhood to verify the needs of families and businesses—just as the original muvakkit walked the streets of his community.
Maintain a physical ledger (a paper book) recording zakat, debts, and community contracts—following the Qur'anic command to record obligations with clarity and justice.
Identify dormant wealth—the unused rooms, idle assets, duplicated costs, and unconnected people that surround every community.
Synchronize that truth with the broader system, ensuring our financial and social structures are honest and accountable.
Protect the value of time—ensuring that every minute in your community is spent on knowledge, service, and justice, rather than hatred or confusion.
The Timekeeper is not a technocrat. This is a moral role. They ask: "Where is money leaving the community unnecessarily? Where are duplicated costs? What assets sit idle? Which people could cooperate for mutual benefit?"
And they record: "What came in. What went out. What was saved. What value was unlocked. Who benefited."
This is not bookkeeping. This is community architecture. It is the restoration of Islamic economic ethics—not in theory, but in daily life.
THE BRAND CURRENCY SYSTEM (BCS): THE ECONOMIC FOUNDATION
The Timekeeper's work is guided by the Brand Currency System (BCS)—a framework that restores value to the people who create it.
The BCS began not from ideology, but from observation. As its founder reflects: "I was just watching. Observing. Paying attention to how the world actually works. And what I saw disturbed me."
The problem is simple: "My economic life exists everywhere—except with me. Every transaction disappears into someone else's ledger."
The solution is equally simple: "What if the receipt didn't vanish? What if every receipt became permanent?"
The BCS uses cryptographic hashing—the same technology that secures Bitcoin—to anchor every receipt as permanent, verifiable proof of participation. It does not expose your data or publish your private life. It simply creates a permanent anchor that says: "This transaction occurred. This human participated. This value moved."
The breakthrough is not technical. The technology already exists. The breakthrough is observational: "Realizing that the same mechanism that secured digital scarcity can secure human participation."
When participation becomes secured, everything changes. Credit becomes behavior-based. Reputation becomes earned. Trust becomes verifiable.
PROJECT ZERO: TRANSPARENCY, DESTRUCTION, REDISTRIBUTION
At its deepest level, Project Zero addresses the root of economic injustice: price opacity.
"When something is too expensive, you suffer. When something is too cheap, someone else suffers. When prices change without reason, you lose trust. When prices are hidden behind 'market forces,' you lose power."
Under Project Zero, price is never a mystery. You will see exactly why something costs what it costs. You will see who profits, who loses, and where the margin goes. No more confusion. No more gaslighting. No more "supply chain issues" as an excuse for greed.
Every transaction. Every destruction. Every price adjustment. Every profit. Every loss. All on-chain. All public. All immutable.
And when the system matures, AI will manage the logistics—routing, inventory matching, destruction scheduling, price stabilization. Eventually, AGI will govern the ecosystem, redistributing savings in real time, adjusting membership tiers based on need, predicting demand before it emerges.
But here is the promise: "The AGI does not own the system. The blockchain does. The AGI executes what the blockchain encodes. And the blockchain is public, auditable, and governed by participants—not by any single entity."
No corporation controls it. No government controls it. No billionaire controls it.
WHAT I ASK OF YOU
Imams, I am not asking for your money. I am not asking for your political endorsement.
I am asking for your brightest person.
Every mosque, every Islamic center, every community trust must identify one individual—a person of intelligence, integrity, and dedication—to be trained as the Timekeeper of your House of Allah.
This person will:
Study the materials. Read the White Paper, The Human Ledger, and The Story of BCS with your senior students or board members.
Walk the neighborhood. Begin the physical work of identifying dormant wealth, recording community needs, and building trust through presence.
Maintain the ledger. Keep the paper record that anchors the digital system.
Coordinate with the network. Connect with Timekeepers from other communities to share knowledge, verify records, and build the global system.
This is not an abstract request. This is a concrete call to action.
Find your Timekeeper. Appoint them. Train them. Send them forward.

Find them. Whether they are 18 or 80. Whether they are in your family, your congregation, your university, or your local tech company. Find the brightest mind you have ever encountered—the one who thinks differently, who questions deeply, who builds tirelessly.
Bring your best. And forget the rest.
Forget the politics. Forget the favoritism. Forget the mediocrity that has held us back for generations. Forget the old systems that thrive on opacity and division. Forget the voices that say "we cannot change" or "we are too weak" or "the time is not right."
The time is now. The office is open. The House of Wisdom is calling.
The Timekeepers are back—not as relics of history, but as architects of tomorrow. They will walk your streets, record your truths, secure your transactions, and synchronize your community with the emerging world of intelligent systems.
So I ask you today, with all the urgency of a man who sees the dawn approaching:
Who will you send?
Who from your community will step forward to carry this sacred responsibility? Who will guard the ledger, protect the value of time, and ensure that the House of Wisdom stands tall once again?
Find them. Appoint them. Send them to us.
Because Project Zero begins with you—and with the one person in your community who can turn Zero into everything.
The House of Wisdom is returning.
