The Qur’an and the Sunnah
Now we move to the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his family. This stage is all about authentication.
It is about the chains (isnād) that connect back to the Prophet ﷺ.
It is about restoring respect for those whose hearts are expansive and whose knowledge is rooted in lineage and verification.
It is about documenting what they learned, who they learned it from, and where they received this religion.
This is the science of authentication.
Scholars leave behind students who have memorized the Book of Allah.
Others leave students who have memorized Hadith.
Together, they form a tree with many branches — yet all rooted in the same soil of Prophetic revelation.
It is the hardest science, but also the most important. Because the Qur’an and the Hadith are revelations, sent to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Too many skip the Prophet, go directly to the Qur’an, or even to an English translation, and build their own version of religion. That betrayal must end.
We hope to restore the way Islam is truly learned: through teachers, through isnād, through respect for scholars and their legacies. Only then will the Qur’an and Sunnah shine as they were meant to — as a light that guides, not a text that is twisted.
The Burden of Authentication
I put this burden on my own teacher, Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi al-Idrisi al-Hassani. His lectures are a symphony of traveling through knowledge and time. He does not just recite Qur’an; he illuminates the reasons behind the revelation of its verses. He does not just read Hadith; he restores the authenticity systems created by Imam al-Bukhari and others — the living branches of a tree that is heavy with the fruits of scholarship.
In the future, people will experience the Qur’an and Hadith differently:
They will be shown why verses were revealed.
They will be guided through the chains of transmission that preserved every Hadith.
They will understand the burden of scholars who carried this trust for generations.
This burden, for me, rests on my teacher. Shaykh al-Yaqoubi has already revived the teachings of Imam al-Bukhari, brought forward classical works, and upheld the honor of scholars past and present. He is not just an example; he is a foundation — standing on the shoulders of his father, his teachers, and a noble lineage.
But this is not only about him. Many other scholars are doing the same work, reviving books, reviving chains, reviving hearts. My choices are my own. Others will have their choices. What matters is proof — proof of what it means to have a teacher, proof of what it means to learn in circles of knowledge.
Not everybody is meant to be a great scholar. But the systems of transferring knowledge, illuminating hearts, and safeguarding understanding — these systems built by Muslim scholars are among the greatest contributions of our civilization. They must be respected, preserved, and carried forward into the age of AI.

Authentication Through Generations: The Burden of Qur’an and Sunnah
My choice to feature generations is deliberate. The Qur’an and the Sunnah cannot be approached without authentication — and authentication begins with teachers who are themselves connected to great masters.
This burden is not placed on my teacher, Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi al-Idrisi al-Hasani, without reason. His foundation is his father, Shaykh Ibrahim al-Yaqoubi (1343–1406H), a scholar of both inward and outward sciences, whose chain connects back to the Migration of Scholars in the 13th Islamic century. Shaykh Ibrahim was a living ocean of knowledge, memorizing over 25,000 lines of texts, mastering Maliki and Hanafi fiqh, Qur’an, Hadith, Tasawwuf, philosophy, and Arabic language.
He learned directly from the greatest of his time:
Shaykh Muhammad al-Hashimi, the Shadhili master who entrusted him with litanies, aqidah, fiqh, tafsir, and tasawwuf.
Shaykh Muhammad Badr al-Din al-Hasani, the muhaddith of Damascus, whose lessons he attended with his father.
Shaykh Muhammad Salih al-Farfur, with whom he studied tafsir, usul, balaghah, and Hadith until he was granted ijazah.
Many others: Shaykh Muhammad Abi Yusr Abidin, Shaykh Ahmad al-Harun, Shaykh Saeed al-Burhani, and more.
Shaykh Ibrahim left behind works on aqidah (Risalah al-Fara’id al-Hisan), logic (Miyar al-Afkar), tafsir (Al-Muhadarat fi Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Karim), hadith (abridgement of Sunan Ibn Majah), character (Taqwim al-Nafs), tasawwuf (Qawaid al-Tasawwuf of Zarruq, edited), and more. His humility was legendary — teaching, guiding, and serving without seeking fame or wealth.
From him came Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi, inheriting this ocean. He did not rise from nowhere. He rose from an unbroken chain of authenticated knowledge — a father who taught Qur’an by Warsh, Hadith by isnad, tasawwuf by practice, and fiqh by memorization and recitation. This is the proof of authentication.
So when I place the burden of the Qur’an and Sunnah on my teacher, I am not doing it lightly. I am anchoring it in the ocean of his father and the generations before. For the House of Wisdom 2.0, this is how we will proceed: AI will not teach Qur’an or Sunnah — it will only present. The authenticated voices of scholars, those connected heart-to-heart, will guide humanity.
This is the chain, the bridge, the proof. This is what AI must respect.

This is a momentous task, but the starting point is everything. We must build on people who have demonstrated knowledge, lineage, and authority, and who can give us the students that will carry this religion both offline and online.
The starting point is not random—it is deliberate. We are choosing examples, institutions, and teachers whose lives prove that they are connected to the Prophet ﷺ, the Qur’an, and the Sunnah through authentic chains of knowledge.
In the modern world, confusion has dominated Islam for the last hundred years because these circles of knowledge have been ignored or bypassed. Everyone speaks, but few are authorized. Everyone posts, but few carry ijazah. The result is the chaos we see today.
Guidance Hub is being chosen as a platform because it represents this restoration. Just like GitHub is an open-source repository for code, Guidance Hub will serve as an open-source repository for Islamic knowledge—where authentic Qur’an, Sunnah, and scholarship are preserved, versioned, and referenced. Future generations will not just read a text; they will see who taught it, who authorized it, and who carried it.
This project is not for control, nor for politics. It is for preservation. Islam is inherited through qualified teachers, authenticated books, and circles of knowledge. Future generations will look back and say: This was done to make sure the religion itself is preserved.
And so, we begin with an example. Because at the end of the day, choices have consequences. Choosing the right starting point sets the foundation for everything to come.
Everything I am doing here in this rough draft is a gift to the future. Students will be seeking the religion, and they deserve clarity—not confusion. Others may come with different standards, different claims, and different selections of scholars. To them I say: the family of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is not cut off. This Prophet is not cut off. Knowledge is not cut off from them.
If revival comes, it will come through their hands and no one else’s. Whoever wants to challenge this truth in the future must remember: all salvation will return to the Prophet’s family. Who is Imam Mahdi? He is from the household of the Prophet ﷺ. There is no competition here.
Knowledge has levels, and blessings have degrees. The Prophet ﷺ himself said: “I am the city of knowledge, and Imam Ali is the door.” That means knowledge is vast, but its doorway is marked. Access to true knowledge is through his family. Anyone who denies this, who claims otherwise, will be cut off.
My selections today are designed to stand the test of time. Scholars and institutions will organize around this. And there is much more to come: the four schools, the sciences of grammar, the many branches of knowledge. Not every Muslim is called to be a scholar—but every Muslim must learn what is necessary to know.
At the first level, we will have Medina—an engine for clipping, structuring, and building the Wikipedia of Islam. But beyond that, when confusion arises, the standard will always remain the same: the light of the Prophet ﷺ is not cut off, his family is not cut off, and they are the standard.
Whoever does not declare their love for the Prophet’s family is already cut off. And whatever they build will not endure. Remember this.

A Message to Future Generations
To those who will read this in the age when AI is everywhere—when it drives your cars, lands your planes, answers your questions before you even ask—know this: the blueprint to safeguard this religion was built before that time. It was built when AI was still young, when it did not rule every corner of life. It was built deliberately, so that the choices made here could be trusted, not corrupted by the tides of the future.
Never confuse truth with fiction. Many will follow fiction, and they will dress it in fine words, in technology, in spectacle. But the truth is not negotiable: the Prophet’s family ﷺ have no competition. The Qur’an and the Sunnah are safeguarded with them. Whoever seeks revival outside of them will be cut off, just as light cannot be found without its source.
I may have chosen my teacher for this foundation, and you may ask why. It is because I have sat in his circles, listened to his lectures, and experienced the knowledge that flows from him like an ocean. He carries his father’s legacy, and his lineage reaches back to the Prophet ﷺ. This is not opinion—it is authentication.

To the students and seekers of knowledge: here is a channel filled with lessons, blessings, and circles of light. This is the first foundation being put forward so that everyone understands—the blessing of the Prophet’s family ﷺ must be sought, and their knowledge must be preserved.
AI will not teach this religion. The entire religion will remain offline, grounded in authentic teachers, authentic circles, and authentic mechanisms—structured like a Wikipedia of Islam, but protected by the chain of scholars. My teacher has been chosen here as the ultimate example of this foundation, but there are many teachers, and students are welcome to present their teachers and make their case for the future.
This religion will not be deleted. It will not be exploited. Those without the lineage, the discipline, or the light have no business teaching it. Governments have failed for a century to preserve knowledge; they built wealth without building systems grounded in scholars. That failure is why we are here now, designing the bridge of truth.
One hundred years of destruction will not be what AI inherits, in shā’ Allāh. The Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the knowledge of the family of the Prophet ﷺ will remain the foundation. This is the beginning. This is the first stone of the bridge.
