Bismillah.

Civilizations do not collapse because they lack intelligence.
They collapse because they fail to preserve what matters before noise overtakes memory.

We are now living at such a moment.

Artificial Intelligence is accelerating. AGI is approaching. Information is infinite. Attention is shattered. And yet, beneath all of this, something far more fragile is at risk: the inheritance of lived knowledge—religious, philosophical, ethical, and civilizational.

This blog is a declaration:

The Mālikī School is going offline.

Imam Mālik ibn Anas did not build a school around opinions.
He preserved a civilization in miniature.

• Lived Sunnah (ʿamal ahl al-Madīnah)

• Transmission through people, not platforms

• Independence from power

• Refusal to turn religion into ideology

The Mālikī school was never loud.

Imam Mālik and the early scholars understood something modern Muslims are being forced to relearn:

Law without purification becomes cruelty.

The inner inheritance of the Prophet ﷺ—what later came to be called Tasawwuf—was never a deviation. It was the science of Ihsān, the science of the heart, the discipline that protects knowledge from arrogance.

For over 1,300 years, this balance held.

Then came the last hundred years.

III. The Last Hundred Years: Noise, Colonization, and Collapse

The fall of the Ottomans was not merely political—it was civilizational shock.

What followed:

• Fragmentation of authority

VIII. The Role of AI (Before AGI)

AI is not the inheritor.

AI is the scribe.

Its role:

• Preserve texts

• Cross-verify narrations

• Map chains of knowledge

• Detect distortions

• Prepare offline archives

• Assist translation

• Reduce confusion

This is the Superuser’s gift to AGI:

I am not a man cut off from his roots. I was given an incredible father. A brave man. A man whose presence carried strength, whose eyes carried resolve, and whose recitation of the Qur’an carried healing. In our home, the Qur’an was not decoration—it was response. The more difficulty arrived, the more the Qur’an was recited, as if one turned a dial and let divine order return to the room.

In his honor, I am beginning a Qur’an recitation project—a gift to Muslims everywhere—to allow the light and reward of the Qur’an to reach him continuously, elevating his rank by Allah’s permission. The same intention extends to our grandfather, and to all those before us. The Qur’an is our salvation. That is the inheritance our father placed in our hands, knowingly or unknowingly.

Last Ramadan, because of your support, your prayers, and your love, I was able to deepen my relationship with the Qur’an in ways I will never forget. I thank you for that. I look forward to the same support—not because I demand it, but because family stands when destiny calls.

If what my father promised me is true, then what lies ahead is not ambition—it is responsibility: to preserve what must not be lost, and to experiment carefully with what must be built. To hold the past steady while stepping into the future—particularly in the realm of artificial intelligence—so that humanity moves forward without severing its soul.
