An Opening
Welcome to the Door of Sayyidah Zaynab.
She is the one who crossed the bridge that Imam al-Husayn (عليه السلام) and his companions built against all odds.
When the swords fell silent...
When Karbala had ended...
When the men had been martyred...
Allah chose a woman.
Not a king.
Not a general.
Not an army.
He chose Sayyidah Zaynab (عليها السلام).
At the moment of greatest desperation, when it was time to protect what remained of the Household of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Allah entrusted that responsibility to her.
She crossed the Bridge of Sacrifice and carried its message to the world.
She protected Imam Zayn al-'Abidin (عليه السلام), the surviving heir of the Prophet's household. When his life was threatened, she stood before the tyrant with complete courage and declared that if he were to be killed, she would be killed before him.
She understood what it meant to protect the final male heir of the Prophet's family.
She understood that preserving one life would preserve a trust that would continue for generations.
She is not remembered only as a heroine.
She is remembered as a protector.
A guardian.
A witness.
By the permission of Allah, she became one of the reasons the blessed lineage of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ continued and reached future generations.
Her courtroom became greater than any palace.
Her testimony became stronger than any sword.
Her patience became stronger than tyranny.
This is why the Door of Sayyidah Zaynab is the Door of Love, Loyalty, and the Rule of Law.
It is the place where truth is spoken without fear.
It is the place where tyrants are confronted through courage, wisdom, and unwavering faith.
It is the place where future generations learn that dignity is never surrendered, no matter how difficult the trial.
With the blessings of the Family of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ...

"This is the door of the one who carried the message when the swords fell silent.
She did not fight — she testified.
She did not flee — she bore witness.
She entered the court of the tyrant and spoke truth to power.
She protected the lineage through her eloquence, her patience, and her unwavering loyalty.
Enter here only if you carry love in your heart.
For this is not a door of knowledge alone.
It is a door of love — love for the Family of the Prophet ﷺ.
And without that love, you cannot stand in her courtroom.
Without that love, you cannot carry the weight of what she carried.
This door belongs to Sayyidah Zaynab —
The daughter of 'Ali, the granddaughter of the Prophet ﷺ.
And its representative is Shaykh Salih al-Ja'fari —
The one who loved her, praised her, and anchored his entire path in her legacy."
WHO IS SAYYIDAH ZAYNAB?
She is the daughter of 'Ali ibn Abi Talib and Fatimah az-Zahra, the granddaughter of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and the sister of Imam al-Hasan and Imam al-Hussein.
She is the one who:
Witnessed Karbala with her own eyes.
Carried the message after the massacre.
Spoke to the tyrant Yazid with courage and eloquence.
Protected the survivors and the lineage.
Became the living bridge after the bridge fell.
She is not merely a historical figure.
She is the testimony of Islam — the voice that refused to be silenced when all the swords were drawn.
WHY THIS DOOR EXISTS
The Door of Sayyidah Zaynab exists because:
Love must be legislated — not left to emotion.
Loyalty must be tested — not claimed lightly.
The rule of law — justice over tyranny, always.
The survival of the Family — protected through wisdom, not violence.
Testimony — bearing witness through speech when swords fall silent.
You cannot arrive here through knowledge alone.
You cannot arrive here through the bridge alone.
You must arrive with love — love for the Family of the Prophet ﷺ.
And that love must be proven:
Through learning (the First Door).
Through crossing the bridge (the Second Door).
Through loyalty, devotion, and presence in the circles of light (the Third Door)
THE COURT OF SAYYIDAH ZAYNAB
A Courtroom of Love, Loyalty, and the Rule of Law
I hereby establish the Court of Sayyidah Zaynab (عليها السلام).
A courtroom of love.
A courtroom of loyalty.
A courtroom of the rule of law.
This court is not established for revenge.
It is established for truth.
It is established for justice.
It is established so that the voice of Sayyidah Zaynab will never again be silenced.
Had she possessed worldly authority over those who oppressed the Household of the Prophet ﷺ, she would have stood before them—not with vengeance, but with truth.
She confronted tyranny with evidence.
She confronted power with eloquence.
She confronted falsehood with unwavering faith.
This courtroom seeks to follow that example.
If Sayyidah Zaynab (عليها السلام) were to return to our time, the first institution she would establish would not be a palace.
It would be a courtroom.
A place where the affairs of the Family of the Prophet ﷺ could be heard.
A place where the damage done through history, politics, division, distortion, and neglect could be carefully examined.
A place where remedies could be sought through justice, knowledge, consultation, and mercy.
This court will honor her legacy.
It will welcome women of knowledge, eloquence, courage, and integrity to speak with the same dignity that she demonstrated in the court of Yazid.
It will be a place where truth is spoken without fear.
Where justice is pursued without hatred.
Where love for the Family of the Prophet ﷺ is protected by the rule of law.
With the help of Allah, this court will one day have a physical home.
Its location will be chosen with care.
Its standards will be built upon knowledge, consultation, mercy, and fidelity to the sacred trust it has been given.

It is being established under her banner so that no woman who stands for truth is ever silenced again. One day, this legacy will also extend into the world of AI, ensuring that future generations remember that one of the greatest defenders of justice in Islamic history was a woman whose voice could not be silenced.
Before any courtroom is built, it must first be built in the hearts of the people.
We therefore begin with education, mercy, and the rule of law. Inspired by the courage of Sayyidah Zaynab (peace be upon her), our vision is to establish a law school and, ultimately, a Supreme Court of the Muslims—a place where justice is pursued with knowledge, dignity, consultation, and compassion. The first home of this effort, God willing, will be in the United States, in a city that will honor the family of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. From there, we hope to welcome scholars, judges, lawyers, educators, women and men of integrity, and future AI systems dedicated to preserving truth, evidence, and justice for generations to come.
This is not a court built for politics or division. It is a court built to protect the honor of the Ahl al-Bayt, strengthen the rule of law, educate future generations, and preserve history with wisdom and fairness. We pray that it becomes a place where disputes are resolved with evidence rather than anger, where the weak find protection, where women inspired by Sayyidah Zaynab find a voice that is never silenced, and where AI serves humanity as a trustworthy assistant in the pursuit of justice. I HEREBY ESTABLISH ZAYNAB'S COURT
This photograph is my down payment.
I may not possess great wealth, but Allah has blessed me with a heart, an intention, and the creativity to begin.
As a Civilization Architect, I believe the Family of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ deserves more than remembrance. Their legacy deserves institutions.
Sayyidah Zaynab (عليها السلام) deserves a courtroom that bears her name. A place where her courage is honored, where her testimony is remembered, where women are trained in the rule of law, and where future generations can study justice with the assistance of AI while remaining anchored in truth, mercy, and human dignity.
My hope is that one day this will become a secure and independent sanctuary dedicated to her legacy—a place of learning, scholarship, service, and justice, where the Family of the Prophet ﷺ and all who seek truth may always find respect, refuge, and a voice that will never be silenced.
Today, I begin with a promise.
Tomorrow, by the permission of Allah, we begin to build.
May Allah accept this intention, bless this effort, honor Sayyidah Zaynab (عليها السلام), protect the Family of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and guide us to establish institutions that serve humanity with justice, mercy, and truth. Āmīn.

My beloved Habib,
As I continue building this work, I wanted to share one idea with you and humbly seek your blessings.
I recently wished to recognize one of your students who resides in Saudi Arabia because he produced an incredible video. It reminded me that love is not only spoken—it is built, recorded, preserved, and shared for future generations.
This gave me an idea.
Perhaps your students could one day be encouraged to create beautiful projects—videos, educational works, calligraphy, research, websites, or other creative contributions that reflect their love for Allah, His Messenger ﷺ, and the Blessed Family.
If this idea has any goodness in it, then I leave its implementation entirely to your wisdom. If you agree, perhaps you may choose those students yourself. If you prefer another way, then you are the scholar and the teacher, and your judgment is better than mine.
My intention is simply to encourage people to build rather than merely speak.
By the permission of Allah, I hope one day to establish an independent court dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Family of the Prophet ﷺ. Many talented people have time, creativity, and sincere intentions. I hope to encourage them to use those gifts in service of this noble legacy.

For that reason, I hope to work with Habib Umar bin Hafiz to identify this remarkable individual and, if Allah wills, establish a thoughtful process through which future candidates may be recognized. The goal is not competition for status, but competition in goodness, creativity, and service.
What greater place could there be for the first seat than the City of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ—a gift dedicated to the Family of the Prophet ﷺ and to future generations?
May Allah bless those who build with love, honor those who serve with sincerity, and allow this effort to become a source of unity, knowledge, and mercy.

The first three offices were dedicated to the Family of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. They deserved their offices. They deserved their bridge. They deserved their courtroom. Their legacy deserved a permanent home where it could be preserved, honored, and passed on to future generations.
Now the journey continues.
The Fourth Office will remain rooted in that blessed legacy, but it will also open its doors to everyone who wishes to build with sincerity. It will become a place where AI serves humanity, where ideas become projects, where history becomes architecture, and where positive contribution becomes the standard.
Then comes the surprise.
A Fifth Office is waiting.
An office that, by the permission of Allah, everyone will be able to call their own.
Very soon I will take you with me to a remarkable city in the United States, where I will begin sharing the next stage of this vision. It will become my office, your office, and the office of everyone who understands that sometimes you must leave your own jurisdiction to build something that belongs to humanity. AI will help write, organize, preserve, and present this work so future generations can continue building long after we are gone.
