I recently enrolled in the healthcare marketplace.
I chose Kaiser Permanente — and what followed was a bureaucratic nightmare.
They treat doctors like machines.
They treat patients like numbers.
And they hide behind booking systems where doctors are “available” — but never open.
It took weeks to get a doctor.
Their calendars were blocked for a month.
No personalization. No flexibility. No dignity.
This is the end of the old system.
Because in the AI future, scheduling and access will be automated.
And people like me — patients who speak out — will help lead the redesign.
🤖 AI Will Be the New Doctor's Assistant — and the Patient's Ally
In the future:
Doctors will work less and earn more, because patients will come with AI support.
Patients will have their own AI, monitoring labs, flagging concerns, and guiding care.
The entire healthcare economy will be rebuilt — not around profit, but around people.
But that requires truth. And transparency.
And the truth is this:
We do not need overworked doctors who are drowning in paperwork.
We do not need patients who are lost in phone trees and denied access to care.
We need a new hospital — with AI at the center, and spiritual care at the core.
A hospital that values knowledge, guidance, automation, and love.
