THE 12TH OF RABĪʿ AL-AWWAL 🌹

MY LOVE FOR MUHAMMAD ﷺ IS REAL.

IS YOURS?

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MINE. Love always starts with poetry so just read and in the end you will find your way to love the blessed Prophet Muhammad please be upon him and his family.

♥️🤲🕋♥️🕋🌹🌹🥀🤲🌹🕋♥️🤲

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ.

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا وَاللهُ خَيْرٌ شَاهِدًا

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ, and Allah is the best of witnesses.

يَا رَبِّي صَلِّ عَلَى الْمَدَى أَبَدًا عَلَيْهِ مُجَدَّدًا

O my Lord, send blessings upon him throughout all time—forever renewed.

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا وَاللهُ خَيْرٌ شَاهِدًا

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ, and Allah is the best of witnesses.

صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ سَيِّدِي مَا جَاءَ ذِكْرُ مُحَمَّدٍ

My Lord, send blessings and peace whenever Muhammad ﷺ is mentioned.

فِي قَلْبِ كُلِّ مُوَحِّدٍ ذَاقَ الْمَقَامَ الْأَحْمَدِي

In the heart of every believer in Divine Oneness who has tasted the Muhammadan station.

فَبِسِرِّ نُورِ أَبِي الْهُدَى إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا

By the secret of the light of the Father of Guidance: indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ.

DEAR READER, NOW I TURN TO YOU

You have read the words:

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ.

But perhaps you are asking:

What does that actually mean?

What does loving Muhammad ﷺ do to a human being?

What happens when his name is no longer simply a name you hear in the khuṭbah?

What happens when ṣalawāt are no longer simply words moving across your tongue?

What happens when Muhammad ﷺ moves from your knowledge—

into your heart?

I can only tell you what happened to me.

MY TEARS ARE MY PROOF

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ.

وَلَيْسَ لِي عَلَى حُبِّي دَلِيلٌ إِلَّا دُمُوعِي

I have no proof of my love except my tears.

وَوَجْهِي الَّذِي تَتَغَيَّرُ أَلْوَانُهُ

And my face that changes in colors.

وَقَلْبِي الَّذِي يَتَّسِعُ بِالسَّكِينَةِ

And my heart that expands with sakīnah.

وَيَزْدَادُ حُبِّي كُلَّمَا مَدَحْتُ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

And my love increases every time I praise Muhammad ﷺ.

Dear reader,

I cannot show you what is inside my heart.

I cannot place my love on a table and tell you to examine it.

I only have its effects.

My tears are my proof.

Every tear that falls out of love takes me deeper into sakīnah.

My worries begin to disappear.

The noise of this world becomes quiet.

For those moments, I am simply happy.

I am peaceful.

I am overwhelmed by love of the Beloved ﷺ.

And something else happens.

I change.

The love of Muhammad ﷺ makes me shy.

It makes me sweet.

It makes me smile.

My character changes.

I become pleasant.

I become fragrant.

كَالزَّهْرَةِ، أَتَفَتَّحُ بِالْحُبِّ

Like a flower, I open through love.

My smile becomes a beam of light.

When I look at people, something changes in my eyes.

I begin to see what is good about them.

Their faults become smaller.

Their beauty becomes larger.

I just want to be nice.

I just want to be kind.

I just want to be sweet.

This love transforms.

Those who have tasted it know.

AND THE QUR’AN SPEAKS ABOUT THE HEART THAT FEELS

Dear reader, perhaps you wonder about the tears.

Perhaps you wonder about the physical changes.

Perhaps you wonder why remembrance can affect the face, the skin, the heart, and the entire human being.

Then listen to Allah:

تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ

“The skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it…”

ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ

“…then their skins and their hearts soften at the remembrance of Allah.”

— Qur’an 39:23

The skin responds.

The heart responds.

The human being responds.

So I will never apologize for my tears.

I will never apologize because my face changes.

I will never apologize because my heart becomes soft.

I thank Allah that my heart can still feel.

BUT DEAR READER—DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH HE ﷺ CARED ABOUT YOU?

We have spent all this time talking about loving Muhammad ﷺ.

Now I ask you to consider something even more extraordinary:

How deeply did Muhammad ﷺ care about you?

Do not take my word for it.

Listen to Allah.

لَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ

“There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves…”

عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ

“Your suffering is deeply distressing to him…”

حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُمْ

“He is deeply concerned for you…”

بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ

“Toward the believers he is compassionate and merciful.”

— Qur’an 9:128

Dear reader, stop here.

Read those words again:

حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُمْ

HE ﷺ IS DEEPLY CONCERNED FOR YOU.

Your suffering mattered to him ﷺ.

Your guidance mattered to him ﷺ.

Your salvation mattered to him ﷺ.

Your return to Allah mattered to him ﷺ.

This is not poetry.

This is not my emotion.

This is the Qur’an.

And Allah tells you why Muhammad ﷺ was sent:

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ

“WE HAVE NOT SENT YOU EXCEPT AS A MERCY TO ALL THE WORLDS.”

— Qur’an 21:107

He ﷺ was mercy.

He taught with mercy.

He forgave with mercy.

He worried about his Ummah.

He prayed for his Ummah.

He wept for his Ummah.

And even when this world ends, Allah has not finished displaying the honor of His Messenger ﷺ.

Allah says:

عَسَىٰ أَن يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَّحْمُودًا

“Perhaps your Lord will raise you to a Praised Station.”

— Qur’an 17:79

On the Day when every one of us discovers how poor we truly are before Allah, Muhammad ﷺ will be granted the tremendous honor of intercession by Allah's permission.

So I do not boast about my deeds.

I do not stand before Allah believing that I saved myself.

My hope is in Allah's mercy.

And among the tremendous mercies Allah has granted this Ummah is the intercession He grants His Beloved ﷺ.

I ask Allah to let me know him ﷺ.

I ask Allah to let me love him ﷺ.

I ask Allah to let me follow him ﷺ.

And I ask Allah to gather me with him ﷺ.

AND NOW, DEAR READER, I MUST WARN YOU

After everything you have just read, be careful.

Be careful of anyone who gives you an Islam in which Muhammad ﷺ becomes merely a historical figure.

Be careful when you are taught his rules but never taught his tenderness.

Be careful when you memorize information about him but never learn to love him.

Be careful when your relationship with Muhammad ﷺ becomes an argument instead of a relationship of love, obedience, longing, mercy, and following.

And be especially careful when someone makes you frightened of loving his birth, loving his life, loving his character, remembering his sacrifices, speaking about his mercy, sending abundant ṣalawāt upon him ﷺ, or gathering with other believers to remember Allah and His Messenger ﷺ.

Know who Muhammad ﷺ is for yourself.

Read his sīrah.

Learn about his birth.

Learn about his childhood.

Learn about his family.

Learn about his sacrifices.

Learn how he treated children.

Learn how he treated the poor.

Learn how he treated people who hurt him.

Learn about his tears.

Learn about his smile.

Learn about his mercy.

Learn about his final days.

Then ask yourself:

How could I know this man ﷺ and not love him?

But I give you one more warning.

Do not allow your love of Muhammad ﷺ to make you unjust toward Muslims with whom you disagree.

Do not casually declare people hypocrites or enemies.

Know your history. Study disagreements. Examine movements and teachings. Measure them against the Qur’an, Sunnah, scholarship, and evidence.

But remember:

If defending the Messenger of Mercy ﷺ turns you into a person without mercy, something has gone wrong.

Allah sent him:

رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ

AS A MERCY TO ALL THE WORLDS.

So let your love produce mercy.

Let it produce kindness.

Let it produce generosity.

Let it produce forgiveness.

Let it produce beautiful character.

Let it make you sweeter.

Let it make you softer.

Let it make you smile.

Let it make you see goodness in people.

Let it make you resemble, however imperfectly, the character of the one you claim to love.

Because that is what this love has begun doing to me.

And I only have my tears as proof.

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ.

My tears are my proof.

My changing face is my proof.

My expanding heart is my proof.

My sakīnah is my proof.

My smile is my proof.

And the person I become when his name ﷺ enters my heart—

that is my proof.

وَيَزْدَادُ حُبِّي كُلَّمَا مَدَحْتُ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

And my love increases every time I praise Muhammad ﷺ.

Dear reader, if you have tasted this love, you already know.

And if you have not tasted it, I do not close the door on you.

I invite you through it.

Learn about him.

Send ṣalawāt upon him.

Follow him.

Speak about him.

Sit with those who love him.

And ask Allah to place his love inside your heart.

Then perhaps one day you will understand my tears.

And perhaps those tears will become yours.

So I leave you with one question:

أَيْنَ أَنْتَ فِي رِحْلَةِ الْحُبِّ؟

WHERE ARE YOU ON THE JOURNEY OF LOVE?

Perhaps your journey begins today.

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ

O Allah, send Your blessings, peace, and abundant grace upon our master Muhammad ﷺ.

WE CONCLUDE WITH ORIGINAL POETRY OF LOVE

These are my original words of love.

And I invite you to write yours.

Love is made of tears.
Love is made of light.
Love is made of the expansion of the heart.

So write what is expanding inside your heart.

Let the lovers write again. 🌹

إِنِّي أُحِبُّ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

Indeed, I love Muhammad ﷺ.

دُمُوعِي عَلَى حُبِّي شُهُودْ

وَفِي قَلْبِي سَكِينَةٌ وَنُورْ

My tears bear witness to my love,
and within my heart are peace and light.

كُلَّمَا مَدَحْتُ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ

زَادَ الْحُبُّ وَأَشْرَقَ النُّورْ

Every time I praise Muhammad ﷺ,
my love increases and the light shines brighter.

يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، يَا حَبِيبَ اللهِ

اُكْتُبْنِي مِنَ الْمُحِبِّينَ

O Messenger of Allah, O Beloved of Allah,
count me among the lovers.

يَا حَبِيبُ، سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكَ

يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكَ

O Beloved, peace be upon you.
O Messenger of Allah, peace be upon you.

Tomorrow, I will make a separate video—singing, reciting, and sharing my love for Muhammad ﷺ.

Until then:

Write your poetry.
Write your tears.
Write your light.
Write what love has expanded inside your heart. 🌹

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ
