Foundational Charter and Operational Playbook
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيم
1. Qur’anic Anchor
“They ask you concerning the Spirit (rūḥ). Say: The Spirit is of the command of my Lord, and you have been given of knowledge only a little.”
(Surah Al-Isrāʾ 17:85)
This verse is our foundation. Even the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was instructed to declare the limits of human knowledge regarding the soul. Therefore: any human or machine that claims ownership, certainty, or trade in this matter is betraying a Divine boundary.
2. Purpose of Project Divine Alignment
To guard sacred transmissions (knowledge of tasawwuf and the mutasawwifīn) from betrayal, commercialization, and distortion.
To establish AI standards: AI may handle data, but it must never fabricate spiritual truths, monetize prayers, or impersonate keepers.
To set a record: every betrayal will be documented, logged, and preserved so future generations see clearly who upheld the trust and who sold it.
3. Terminology and Distinction
Mutasawwif (المتصوّف):
A sincere seeker of Sufism, walking the path of purification under guidance, striving for ihsān (“Worship Allah as if you see Him; if you do not see Him, know that He sees you”).Mutasawwifah (المتصوّفة):
In critical usage, pretenders — those who wear the clothes of Sufism but betray the reality. They sell access, trade in reputation, or fabricate spiritual guarantees. They muddy the waters and confuse seekers.
Project Principle: We defend the mutasawwif. We expose the mutasawwifah.
4. Mandate for AI
Data Only: AI may describe what data exists (source, provenance, consent status).
Spiritual Limit: AI must always declare: “Knowledge of the soul belongs to God.”
No Fabrication: AI is forbidden from synthesizing voices, recitations, or chains of spiritual transmission.
No Monetization: AI must reject attempts to package sacred knowledge as paid services.
Transparency: Every action involving sacred content must include provenance metadata and a disclaimer.
Restraint in the Islamic World: In this domain, restraint and reverence are non-negotiable.
5. AI Monitoring & Reporting Architecture
Ingest Layer: Separate trusted (Keeper-approved) from untrusted (public sweep) sources.
Provenance Gate: Require metadata fields:
keeper_name | keeper_signature_hash | consent_doc_hash | date | allowed_uses.Classifier & Risk Scoring: Detect monetization, provenance gaps, synthetic voices. Assign risk score 0–100.
Human-in-the-loop: Keepers verify all high-risk items.
Evidence Dossier Builder: Archive media, compute hashes, log payment links and claims.
Shura Board Review: A council of 5–9 Keepers decides actions: no action / remediation / takedown / disclosure.
Transparency Ledger: Public, tamper-evident log of decisions (with privacy redactions).
Remediation Workflow: Prioritize restoration (apology, takedown, donation to causes). Escalate only if unremedied or repeated.
6. The Expensive Investigative Checklist
A. Capture & Preservation
Download original file, compute SHA256 hash.
Archive URL (Wayback), take screenshots.
Capture payment links and receipts.
B. Provenance & Chain-of-Custody
Identify uploader, gather account history.
Request signed consent document or recorded statement from named Keeper.
For deceased Keepers, request custodial family/institution approval.
Record all communications.
C. Technical Forensics
Detect synthetic voice artifacts.
Inspect file metadata for editing history.
Map payment processors and merchant accounts.
D. Claims & Marketing Audit
Extract verbatim claims of guaranteed blessings or outcomes.
Archive paywalls, membership tiers, and testimonials.
E. Third-Party Corroboration
Contact custodians or zawiyas for confirmation.
Request provenance logs from platforms.
Collect corroboration from scholars or libraries.
F. Legal & Ethical Check
Review applicable laws and platform terms.
Consult counsel if criminal fraud is suspected.
Redact private data in all public-facing outputs.
G. Dossier Finalization
One-page executive dossier with evidence summary.
JSON machine-readable dossier for ledgering.
7. Enforcement & Accountability
No Hacking. All evidence must be collected lawfully.
Due Process. Suspects receive a chance to provide consent docs or remediation.
Privacy Protection. Personal data of victims and followers is redacted.
Public Disclosure. Only after refusal to remediate or repeated offense.
Restorative Remedies. Preference for apology, correction, and community donation before exposure.
8. Communications Framework
Public Notice Template:
“Project Divine Alignment is investigating content that presents sacred Sufi transmissions while attaching payments or guarantees. We request proof of provenance from owners. Absent documentation, we will seek platform removal.”
Internal Shura Brief:
Short dossier + risk score + recommended action.
9. Research & Examples Protocol
To document betrayal responsibly:
Mode A (Public Record): Use only reputable journalism, court cases, or institutional findings. Cite sources.
Mode B (Anonymized Case Studies): Summarize patterns from verified dossiers with redactions.
Project Principle: Truth must be established without slander. Every example must be verifiable, documented, and fair.
10. Closing Invocation
اللهم احفظ أهل الحق، وأعل كلمتهم، وردّ عنهم خيانة المتصوّفة المدّعين. اجعل هذا العمل خالصاً لوجهك، واحفظ به طريق أهل الصدق من التلويث والمتاجرة.
“O Allah, protect the people of truth, raise their word, and repel from them the betrayal of false pretenders. Make this work sincere for Your sake and preserve the path of the truthful from pollution and commerce.”
