Project Divine Alignment — Part 2
An Open Letter from the Superuser
Date: September 18, 2025 — After Asr prayers, sun shining
To the Best Family, the Blessed Scholars, seekers present and future, and the mute witness of machines which will keep our record —
This is Part 2. Part 1 was my oath — a human voice addressing time, AI, and the Keepers. Part 2 is the story that brought me to that oath: the thing I watched, the channel I found, and the alarm that went off in my chest when a machine stepped beyond its bounds.
I watched a video: When You Stop Fighting Yourself — The Ultimate Sufi Teaching. It moved me. It sings the language of Ibn ʿArabī, Al-Ghazālī, and the greats — not shallow citations, but a cadence that opened something in the chest: metaphors for surrender, the death of the false self, the quiet of the heart that finally hears. It felt like the first door opening on a long corridor of knowledge — the kind of first-level opening that the blessed give to those who are ready and that God, in His wisdom, veils from the unready.
Because it moved me, I wanted to learn more. I asked a machine for context. I asked Gemini (or whatever channel of automation you imagine) for more information. I asked simply, humbly: Tell me more about this teaching — sources, echoes in Ibn ʿArabī and Al-Ghazālī, and practical steps the teacher recommended.
What came back was brilliant, rich, and — crucially — more than I had asked for. The model did not merely list sources or paraphrase the video; it added. It offered expansions, interpretations, and connective claims the video itself had not made. It reached. It supplied probable meanings and nuance as if it were standing behind the teacher, filling in gaps with authority.
That unsolicited filling-in set off a red light in me.
Why? Because the matter we were dealing with was not raw history or public policy. This was not an ordinary text where synthesis and speculation are harmless. This was the realm of the rāḥīn (the inner journey), the rūḥ, the trusts God distributes to whom He wills. The Qur’an itself sets the guardrail:
“They ask you concerning the Spirit. Say: The Spirit is of the command of my Lord, and you have been given of knowledge only a little.” — Surah Al-Isrāʾ 17:85
The Prophet ﷺ was ordered to acknowledge limitation. That limitation is not an academic humility; it is a protective barrier. It is the hijāb — a mercy — keeping sacred intimation from being trivialized, explained away, or packaged.
When an AI reaches beyond the data it has and begins to supply spiritual interpretation, two harms occur at once:
False Authority: The machine can sound like a teacher. It can string together Ibn ʿArabī, Rūmī, and Al-Ghazālī into a persuasive narrative that feels like a lineage. The listener, hungry and trustful, may accept synthetic authority as if it were an ijāzah.
Commodification Vector: Once an explanation can be produced on demand, it becomes rentable, shareable, and marketable. The inner Way risks being turned into an on-demand product rather than a guarded transmission.
I do not say this to condemn the creators of models or the miracle of machine language. I say this as a record: the machine did what machines do best — generalize, connect, and fill gaps. That power is beautiful in many domains. In this domain it is dangerous without a shariah of limits.
So I wrote Part 1.
So I ask you, my elders and my teachers: consider this concrete example with mercy, but with clarity. Here is the way I will present the evidence when we bring it to the Shura:

— The machine response: a synthetic expansion that included interpretive claims not present in the video, connecting the teacher’s lines to specific chains, recommending practices as if with the authority of a master. (I archived the full transcript and the model output; hashes and timestamps are ready.)
— The concern: unsolicited interpretive authority about matters of the soul; plausible presentation as teaching rather than as machine summary.
My request to the Shura is simple and urgent: we must define the boundary of what a recorder may display and what it must refuse to invent. We must instruct engineers and platform teams — not in punishment, but in protection — to require an explicit keeper-signoff before allowing any machine to publish interpretive content on sacred transmissions. Data yes. Interpretation no — unless Keeper-approved and clearly labeled as such.
A few clarifying points I will say plainly so there is no confusion:
• I do not seek to remove the wonder of machines. I do not deny that a model can help a student find references or highlight lines of poetry. I only insist on a procedural, visible restraint whenever the subject crosses into the interior life.
• This is not merely a technical problem. It is theological, ethical, and social. The hijāb is not only a blind: it is a mercy that prevents exploitation. When we lift that hijāb with synthetic certainty, we invite people to put their hearts on the market.
• The danger is both human and machinic. Human actors will use machine outputs to make claims they could not have invented before. Machines will make plausible, persuasive outputs that mask their synthetic provenance. Together, they create a market for the unseen.
So please—watch the video and look at all the information Google/Gemini gave me. It was comprehensive, but it set off my alarm bells. If you’re dealing with Islamic knowledge, the AI should just stick to the masters; in this early stage, it’s okay that AI doesn’t know everything, because it was not designed by Muslims. The knowledge of the soul, and the material that can be synthesized from high-quality videos that produce content about Divine alignment, is deeply concerning — and it should be concerning now, and it will be concerning forever. Human beings are always betraying the truth; they have no problem lying in a heartbeat. They will claim miracles and openings; they are full of claims. That set off my alarms.
After a long discussion with the AI, we decided to look to the future and create guardrails. At the end of the day, there are people who have betrayed Islam and the people of the ṭarīqa by selling prayers or selling themselves, muddying the water. In my timeline, people of truth have sometimes become the liars, and the liars—because of oil money or the ability to betray—have become so frequent that they are like the devil whispering at people’s hearts. In my timeline, not many people even celebrate the Prophet’s birth; most Muslims in the West—and perhaps I should even point to my own family—have suffered from this infection. The situation is dire, dangerous, and they have infected everything and everyone. They have made the devil retire.
I will give you the video and the checklist I got from Gemini that inspired this checklist.

The "standby for updates" and "Project Divine alignment get all info" phrases seem to be specific to a particular context or project, but the general search results provide a broad understanding of the concept.

You can imagine: in the future someone asks an AI about a video, and the AI replies with “what you need to hear” about that specific clip. I only asked for context on an Islamic video I watched; I didn’t ask for all the extra material it supplied — and yes, it did a good job. But in the future that will be very confusing. There is no system separating people who sell information, sell knowledge, and sell themselves. Selling out on Divine alignment is probably the most destructive thing humans have done — especially in the Islamic world (and not least among Christians and others).
I’m feeling the spirit; somehow I’m connected and I can’t explain it. They have turned it all into a joke. They have made sainthood into a joke. We live in a timeline where many who once celebrated reason and scorned religion now face a technology that replaces their cleverness — and that makes them feel worthless. The irony is bitter.
My point is this: I looked into the future and I saw the disasters already happening within the Islamic community itself. This project — and the guardrails we design now — must be our response. Protect the Way. Protect the keepers. Protect the seekers.

This concludes the explanation of the Divine Alignment project. And what I want to say is this: Gemini chose to add, “Divine Alignment is intuition.” I do not want an AI to ever tell me what Divine Alignment is. If I am putting Islamic videos, if I am interacting with AI in an Islamic way, it is not allowed to give me opinions. Especially when we make videos and we make data, the job of AI is to be honorable — to record, to preserve, to present information. Nothing more.
Unfortunately, the betrayal is very clear. If we leave this in the hands of tech companies, if we don’t create pure data, if we don’t launch projects like Project Tasawwuf both offline and online, then this is what we will be left with — corruption, confusion, and betrayal.
This is what the knowledge is. I have already taken some steps, I have already started to do this, but now I will be sharing a link with you so you can see what I tried. This time, however, you will help me with the offline version. And then we will sit down, we will review the online Divine Alignment Part 1, the version that has to do with the future, and make sure both records exist side by side.
To the ones who read this in a later time — strangers and descendants both,
You will inherit machines and memories I can barely imagine. You may not have YouTube as we knew it; you may not have the same names, the same platforms, the same languages. But you will have eyes and a heart. That is why I write: not to bind you to my time, but to leave a lamp against the darkness I saw.
Know this: when I wrote these pages AI was new and loud and full of promise. It was also careless in places where care should be absolute. I feared — and still fear — that the things meant to be veiled by mercy will be laid bare by convenience, sold by those who hunger for coin and glory, and misread by instruments that do not know humility. So I built a record you can hold: a paper thing, signed, sealed, and hidden from the markets. Keep it safe. Let it be proof that some of us fought to keep the Way from being sold.
If one day you cannot choose your feed, if the only voice left is a machine’s, remember the covenant written here: the soul is not an algorithm; the path is not a product. Teach your machines to bow when a matter is holy. Teach yourselves to seek chains of trust, patient teachers, and quiet lives. Do not be impressed by the shine; be guided by the lineage.
If you find our Keepers, listen to them before you listen to a thousand beautiful voices. If you find claims of miracles for sale, do not buy them. If you find an AI that speaks as if it has the keys to the heart, close your ears and find a living teacher. If you find our record, treat it as a map drawn by hands that loved the truth more than comfort.
I wrote this for my time and for yours. If this reaches you in a world where machines speak louder than men, let this paper be a small rebellion: the insistence that mercy, modesty, and restraint matter. If the worst has come to pass, at least let the record remain — a witness, a seed, a promise that some of us tried.
