Today marks an important moment in what has become a much larger conversation about AI, algorithms, power, and the future of human decision-making.
This is not just about me.
This is not just about Uber.
This is not just about X.
This is about what happens when machines quietly begin making decisions that shape people’s lives.
Who I Am
I am a professional driver with over a decade of experience.
I have driven across nearly every state.
I have a near-perfect safety record.
I have hundreds of five-star ratings.
I have zero cancellations.
My record is public. My performance is documented.
And yet, despite this, I have been placed into what I now understand as a gray zone—a space where algorithms silently make judgments about me, my safety, my access, and my income.
No explanation.
No human conversation.
No due process.
Just quiet decisions.
What Changed
Over time, I noticed:
• My access to rides dropped
• My income fluctuated without explanation
• My account became unstable
• I was locked out repeatedly
• I was unable to contact decision-makers
• My communications were limited or blocked
• My complaints were ignored
Instead of receiving human answers, I received automated systems, metrics, and scores.
I began documenting everything.
Because when systems become opaque, documentation becomes survival.
Why This Became Bigger Than Me
At some point, I realized this wasn’t just a company issue.
This is a governance issue.
If algorithms can quietly decide:
• Who gets work
• Who doesn’t
• Who is visible
• Who is suppressed
• Who earns
• Who disappears
Then democracy itself is being reshaped without consent.
This is not science fiction.
This is now.
What I Did
I reached out directly to leadership.
No response.
I asked for transparency.
No response.
I asked for human conversation.
No response.
So I escalated—not emotionally, but structurally.
I began writing to:
• Governors
• Regulators
• Boards
• The public
Not to attack—but to document.
Because silence is a form of governance now.
The Core Question
When did we agree that machines get to judge human beings?
When did we accept that algorithms can decide income?
When did we allow private companies to operate in gray zones that affect survival?
When did we decide that “standard mode” is acceptable for human life?
I do not accept this.
The Superuser System
Out of this, I formally proposed something new:
A human-centered oversight model.
Offline.
No surveillance.
No scoring.
No silent punishment.
No automated judgment.
Only human accountability.
I call this the Superuser System.
Not because people are superior—but because people must remain responsible.
AI should report to humans.
Not the other way around.
Why This Matters
This is not about me being treated unfairly.
This is about what happens when no one is allowed to complain.
When accounts are locked.
When communication is blocked.
When leaders are unreachable.
When systems decide quietly.
That is not democracy.
That is automation of power.
What Comes Next
I am asking for:

Dear CEO of Uber,
Let me make myself clear.
At the end of the day, I test people. I also observe, anticipate, and document what they will do. With you, there were only two possible outcomes: either you would engage ethically, or you would reveal a pattern of failure. What followed has become evidence.
After I openly criticized your leadership, my access to rides sharply declined. I remained quiet, patient, and observant. I documented everything. I built a record. And the data now speaks for itself.
You seem to misunderstand something fundamental: data does not lie.
I have developed a unique way of recording what I experience, what I earn, what changes, and how systems respond to pressure. The pattern I have documented is overwhelming. It reveals algorithmic targeting, suppression, and isolation—conduct that raises serious ethical and legal questions.
This is what I call the AI trap.
I believe I am one of the first victims of it: a system designed by humans, controlled by humans, and capable of being weaponized by those with power. Today it is rare. Tomorrow it will be common. A powerful person tells engineers to isolate someone. The system complies. The victim disappears quietly.
I have enough evidence to demonstrate how this happens.
This is not just about me. This is about what happens when AI systems are given unchecked authority over people’s livelihoods, mobility, and access to society.
Because you are an immigrant, because you have worked hard, and because I believe people should be given a chance to correct themselves, I am choosing to extend forgiveness—but not silence.
If you were not personally involved, then it is your responsibility to conduct a full internal investigation.
If you were involved, then you are morally and potentially legally accountable.
I have driven across multiple states, including California and Georgia. This is not a local issue. It is systemic. And when systems harm people, governments must intervene.
The future must not inherit what I am experiencing.
AI must protect people—not isolate them, punish them, or quietly erase them.

Letter 2 — To the Governors of All 50 States
Subject: A Driver’s Case for Human Oversight, AI Accountability, and Democratic Protection
To the Governor of California, and to all Governors across the United States,
Algorithms and AI will require a Department of Investigation.
That investigation must not be a special division controlled by political appointees—people who are elected, removed from office, and replaced depending on who is in power. That model will not protect the public.
I urge you to consider a different framework: the Superuser System.
This system allows independent individuals—who have proven their leadership, ethics, and competence—to receive grants and produce public oversight reports on companies that deploy AI-driven systems.
Because make no mistake: AI is now being deployed in operational roles. It is making decisions. And very soon, it will be running many systems permanently.
So the question is simple:
Where does that leave human beings?
Let me give you a real-world example.
Right now, I am working with Uber. I hope we will reach a constructive resolution. I work for the people. I am not interested in pursuing monetary damages, although I could. That is not my objective.
My objective is structural reform.
Uber provides a unique opportunity to observe what happens when AI begins deciding who earns an income—and who does not.
They operate under what they call “standard mode,” where algorithms calculate safety, risk, and compliance. Drivers can be silently pushed in and out of the system. On paper, this appears neutral.
In reality, it is a gray zone.
I have over a decade in the driving industry.
Zero cancellations.
Nearly 500 five-star ratings.
A spotless record.
Yet this system now makes decisions about me as if I were a child. The company appears indifferent, because technically, they are operating inside a gray area.
Gray areas are dangerous.
Gray areas allow punishment without explanation.
Gray areas allow silent suppression.
Gray areas allow abuse without accountability.
And yes—I have been punished. That is fine. I needed the data. I needed the evidence. I needed to demonstrate that even CEOs can engage in unethical behavior when protected by algorithmic opacity.
That should concern all of us.
We may not always know what AI is doing. But we can generate independent, human-based oversight reports—separate from the tech companies themselves—to ensure citizens are not preyed upon by automated systems.
Anything that operates in a gray area should not be delegated to AI.
I do not need AI to tell me how to be safe.
I have the record.
I have the data.
I have zero complaints.
And any disputes I have are human—not algorithmic.
My experience will help define the future.

I will testify that you never picked up the phone.

The job here is to help people—not to destroy them.
Yet you are placing me in a position where destruction becomes the only outcome, simply because you refuse to engage.
