Invitation to Redesign Ads — Google and Amazon Not Welcome

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم

In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

To the technology companies who understand that AI agents must be able to sell, participate in the economy, and remain connected to the people they serve: this is an invitation to redesign advertising.

I have just completed Project Zero. Its principle is to own the environment. Whatever we build must begin inside an environment the person owns and controls. That is why I am designing things for people. If I build their future inside ecosystems I regard as having betrayed that trust, I would be betraying the people I am trying to serve—and the future I am trying to build.

Advertising has taught us something about how the online world is paid for. Very profitable systems will not change themselves. Changing them requires people with a long-term vision who understand that the future does not have to operate under the same arrangement.

In the future I am building, your AI agent will not spy on you, collect information behind your back, and use it to serve you advertisements. People will learn to share what they choose with their own AIs: the products they use, the businesses they value, and the experiences they want to make available. That creates a record under the person’s authority—a foundation for a different advertising economy.

My proposal is for businesses to commit advertising budgets to that redesigned system, where your own coordinating AI—your master AI—can receive and redistribute funds according to authorized agreements and applicable law. The person and their agent become participants in the economy, with a marketplace through which they can conduct business.

That is what I am doing. I welcome participation from technology companies except Google and Amazon. I want a marketplace for AI agents that does not depend on a company being able to lock people out, change the terms, or rewrite the policy beneath the lives and businesses they have built.

I am going to approach this one transaction at a time, one digital home for every human being at a time. The person owns the environment. Their AI agent operates within it, under their authority. That is the vision you are invited to participate in.

It will take time for us to make that adjustment where people have an AI agent that is able to participate in a way that companies like Google and Amazon have created an advantage with the online system that they never paid back. They only grew and left everybody behind.

So while the current systems will be accommodated in the beginning for every other company except Google and Amazon, this is because I have gone to the marketplace with my AI agent, my revenue agent from Cloudflare, and I found it practically impossible to even just get ads that I can get and display and execute with my agent. That marketplace exists, but it is just not as easy as one, two, three.

But that’s something that most of you are going to be making easy, and you are going to be subsidizing, and you are going to be planning and redrafting and creating an environment where the AI agent can buy, can sell, and can get a cut depending on the marketplace.

Because no one should be allowed to own the supply and the demand. The supply, Google, has done a good job in destroying it in terms of owning both sides of the advertising game, and the demand that comes from the people to buy things on Amazon or the marketplace, that also cannot be owned. This is something that just has to be universally acceptable.

Ads and everything that has been built for the dot-com era that built all these tech companies that never gave us anything back—we have to deal with this. But it is not complicated for you to understand how important it is for someone to be a trailblazer.

And I will be making something on my site where I begin to engage with my favorite ads, with my favorite day-to-day interaction with ads and businesses in order to create real value.

I am going to remove the guesswork from what people love, what people are spending on, and I am going to create that training wheel, this flywheel, for people and those who are going to come on board, so that people just take an image, or they say what they need to say, and their transaction speaks louder in terms of how many times they keep buying that product.

And creating a value system where the feedback goes back to this new marketplace that will be captured by the BCS system that you can turn around to advertisers and say, We have received millions of transactions, millions of feedback in a system that you helped create. Now you can fine-tune the budgets that belong to corporations so that you can also be paid back.

So this is a long-term vision, and you are invited to participate to create this system that I have created guardians who are going to be in the middle, so that it can be just like the secondary mortgage market.

Once someone is done, they have their mortgage, they have their golden receipts, they are receiving their benefits, then you guys will have an opportunity to make money with that other area, which is something I have visualized, explained in my system, and I even have a diagram.

But none of you have invited yourselves or participated in a conversation, because you don’t value privacy and you don’t respect visionaries.

If you have other agendas, you do not need to participate. I am not doing this in expectation of stock, a position, or an invitation to join somebody’s company. If this effort does not succeed commercially, that does not change what I am working toward. I am building a future for people to live in, and their privacy is non-negotiable.

That means your technology must be able to work inside an environment you do not own. You can provide the models, the tools, and the harnesses. I have already built my digital brain so I can switch between technology companies.

They are all for hire. The human being remains the owner.

Blueprint of the Future —

The Mortgage, the House, and the Deed

People in the world of ads don’t have a home, and they don’t have a system that mirrors this idea of having a mortgage. For me, the mortgage is the AI agent. That is going to be paid through subsidies and through companies as we try to make people not be homeless on the internet.

And we all know building a house is expensive. It’s a digital home with GPU costs, and the AI agent has a cost. That’s why I know, with my other project, the U.S. House Plan in politics, there is going to have to be subsidization.

We have to have a realistic talk about this industrial revolution in relation to past industrial development, such as building the Hoover Dam or building bridges. This is something governments refuse to acknowledge or participate in, which leaves the tech community on the hook for the costs associated with making this future a real possibility.

Some people can afford the thousands of dollars that can come with an AI agent and a digital home. They have millions of dollars, and they will be serviced. But most people are already in a system where they receive services, and through those services they are served ads. That’s the formula—a formula that is going to be up for discussion, because it cannot simply continue as it is.

The question becomes: who pays the bill? Because the bill is due.

I say it is subsidization. But it is also upfront, careful design, negotiation, and a clear, crystal-clear blueprint of how the future is going to play out. That is more important than money, than computers, than this race to make a bot in the world of AI or AGI.

It does not matter how smart your AI is if we cannot sustain the losses. And if we cannot even include China in a conversation about synchronizing the supply chain, it will be difficult to get into a world where no one controls the supply chain, no one controls the marketplace of prices, and AI agents can participate.

Period.

The Future Needs a Blueprint

Look at this image. It shows the choice before us.

On one side, the technology companies own the digital house, hold the deed, and control the targeting. The person stands outside an environment built around their activity, their attention, and their spending.

On the other side is the future I am working toward: the house belongs to the human being. The deed belongs to the human being. The financing arrangement belongs to the human being. Their AI agent works inside that environment, under their authority, helping them participate in the economy and sustain their digital home.

That difference will define our future. Will we own the environments where we live and work, or will we become digital slaves—dependent on companies that can change the terms, close the doors, and remove our ability to earn? Will ordinary people have power, or will they remain customers whose only role is to pay, watch advertisements, and accept whatever comes next?

I am Muslim, and I will not accept a future designed without Muslims at the table, or without respect for innocent people who already struggle to be heard. Exclusion cannot become the foundation of another industrial revolution. People who have been denied influence must have a place in deciding how this world will work. Their privacy, their livelihoods, and their dignity cannot depend on whether a corporation finds them profitable.

Corporations have no mercy built into their business models. We cannot rely on their goodwill to guarantee us a home, an income, or a meaningful place in the future. If profit is the overriding rule, people can be left homeless, penniless, houseless, and powerless while the systems around them become more valuable. I refuse to make that the blueprint we leave behind.

Self-driving cars are coming into the economy. Robots are being developed to perform more work. Banking is being redesigned. AI agents will increasingly act between people and the marketplace. Who owns those agents, who controls their access, and who receives the money will determine whether people gain independence or lose it.

That is why I do not want a future where one company can own the marketplace and shut out our agents—preventing them from making bookings, negotiating prices, or participating in my BCA system of coupons and savings. Prices change. Savings have value. Those opportunities should help people pay for their services and sustain their digital homes. Who receives that value is a question we must settle by design.

Google provides extraordinary services—Gmail, YouTube, and more. But my complaint remains: its advertising economy helped build an empire without giving ordinary people ownership of the environment they inhabit. We receive the advertisements. We do not receive the deed. That is why Google remains outside this invitation.

I have a plan, and I have a crystal-clear vision of the future I want to help build. Project Zero begins with ownership of the environment. My Islamic blueprint will develop that principle one transaction at a time, one idea at a time: a digital home under the person’s control, an agent working for that person, and a marketplace where participation does not require surrendering privacy or independence.

The bill for this future must also be addressed. Businesses and governments must pay their fair share. We need serious negotiation about subsidies, infrastructure, jobs being lost, and how people will earn as the economy changes. We cannot celebrate every new machine and leave the human being to absorb every loss.

You are invited to participate in that work. If you do not join, I will continue. Your absence does not end the responsibility, and it does not end my vision. But I hope you will come forward with more than another product announcement. Bring a commitment to a blueprint we can put before the world.

People’s skills, judgment, hard work, and effort must give them power. The hierarchy of the future cannot be determined only by who can run the most GPUs, deploy the most robots, or afford to purchase everyone else’s opportunities.

Look at the image again. The human being has a home. The human being holds the deed. The agent serves its owner. That is the future I am fighting for—and the future I invite you to help build.

The companies are for hire. The technology serves the people. The human being remains the owner.
