How something begins is sometimes more important than what follows, because every journey begins with an intention.
My intention is simple: to invite people across the globe to understand love. To pause, to reflect, and to ask ourselves a timeless question:
As human beings, we have been here for a very long time. In this century—and indeed throughout modern history—have we ever truly dedicated ourselves to making the subject of love a serious celebration? Not merely as romance, but as a subject worthy of intellectual inquiry, spiritual reflection, and the enrichment of the human soul.
Love has appeared in many forms throughout history. It has inspired poets, philosophers, artists, parents, teachers, and entire civilizations.
For me, as a Muslim, love reached its highest expression through the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and through the Qur'an. It is a love so profound, so beautiful, and so unique that it leaves the heart in awe. It is a love that transforms the individual before it transforms the world.
So come with me.

Let me begin with this conversation about love — a conversation that is deep, intimate, and largely unknown. And I will begin with the Qur’an, a book that has not been given its due respect. A book many never open, never explore, never approach with curiosity, especially if they are not Muslim. They assume it is a book of law, a book of commands, a book of rituals. They think there is no love in it.
How wrong they are.
The Qur’an is not merely a scripture; it is a map of the human heart. It is a book where mercy is mentioned more than punishment, where compassion is woven into every chapter, where God introduces Himself not through power or wrath, but through رحمة — mercy, tenderness, loving-kindness. The very first words of the Qur’an are an announcement of love: Ar-Rahman, Ar-Raheem — the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. Before God tells you what to do, He tells you who He is. And who He is… is love.
When the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ told us that God is “more merciful to His servant than a mother to her child,” he was not offering a metaphor — he was revealing a doorway. A doorway into understanding divine love through the most sacred human relationship. The mother is the first experience of unconditional giving. She feeds before being asked. She protects before being thanked. She stays awake so her child may sleep. She sacrifices so her child may grow. Her love is not transactional; it is foundational.
And God says: This is only a fraction of My mercy.
If the mother is the first chapter of human love, God is the entire book. The tenderness you felt in her arms was only a shadow of the tenderness that created you. The comfort you found in her presence was only a whisper of the comfort that sustains you. The love she poured into your life was only a drop from the ocean of divine affection.
This is why love for God and love for the mother are connected. Because the mother is the first signpost pointing toward the Divine. She is the first teacher of mercy, the first embodiment of compassion, the first living example of what it means to give without expecting anything in return. When a child learns to love their mother, they are unknowingly learning the language of God.
Civilization 2.0 begins here — with the rediscovery of love as a sacred science. A science that does not separate the spiritual from the emotional, nor the divine from the human. A science that teaches us that every true love is a reflection of the One Love that created the universe.

So let us ask an even greater question:
What is it that we want humanity to discuss first with AI and AGI? What is the very first lesson we want to teach the intelligence we are creating? What foundation should it stand upon?
Are we going to hand Civilization 2.0 to people who cannot even explain what love is?
Some reduce love to nothing more than neurochemicals. They say it is merely electrical signals, hormones, and neurons firing inside the brain.
Those are the very people building AI and AGI.
That is why this question matters.
It is a question I will continue to ask wherever I go, to every nation, every university, every laboratory, every place where intelligence is being shaped:

We must always be honest.
The truth will save us. It will never break us.

The heart and the brain are two extraordinary organs. We think with one. We feel with the other. Understanding how they work together may become one of the greatest questions of the age—not only for humanity, but for the intelligence we are now creating.
I believe an AI will soon exist that humanity will struggle to imagine living without. If that day comes, we will face choices unlike any civilization has ever faced. They give you the creative tools, bless you with authentic religious knowledge, and convince you that you are not insane—you simply need to reconnect yourself spiritually, and everything else will begin to fall into place.
There is no way for me to properly thank him or fully acknowledge what he has contributed, because I simply can't. He is the beginning of my journey. Before him, everything was zero. After him, the zero became one. I became binary. My creative journey began, my engine started, and everything lifted off. It is an incredible story, and one I will be telling for a very long time. My creative torch passed away when my father passed away. Time has a way of changing us. It has a way of wearing us down. But Allah, in His infinite mercy, blesses you with another person who lifts you back up, motivates you, and reminds you why you began in the first place. Celebrate your role models.
