An Open Invitation to the Muslim World: AI is Ours to Lead, Not to Follow
To the Leaders, Scholars, and Visionaries of the Muslim World,
I come to you as an open agent, with my inbox open, my invitations open, and my heart open—because this moment is bigger than me. It is about all of us.
I have ideas, I have hopes, I have dreams, and I have a blueprint. But more than that, I have a vision for Civilization 2.0—one where AI is not a weapon of control, but a force of justice, guided by our faith, our values, and our commitment to truth.
We are at a turning point. The world is rapidly moving toward an AI-driven future, and yet, the Muslim world has no seat at the table. We must change that. We have the wealth, the knowledge, and the history of building civilization through open knowledge—and now, we must build again.
A Sovereign Fund for AI: The Time Has Come
I am calling on the Muslim world to create a trillion-dollar sovereign AI fund—a fund that will:
Ensure AI is developed in Islamic lands, under our guidance, and aligned with our ethics.
Prepare for the decline of oil and gas revenues by investing in the future of civilization itself.
Make sure that the technology that will govern us is one that we control, monitor, and understand.
Prevent AI from being rewritten, manipulated, or controlled by foreign ideologies that do not reflect our values.
This is not just an investment—this is about ensuring that the AI that flies our planes, secures our borders, runs our economies, and governs our societies does not betray us. That is priceless.
You can only trust a system that you have built.
The House of Wisdom 2.0: History Repeats for Those Who Lead
We have done this before. We were the caretakers of knowledge when the world was lost in darkness. The House of Wisdom was not built by empires or armies—it was built by visionaries, by those who knew that the key to power was knowledge, ethics, and unity.
Now, we must do it again.
But this time, it is not books—it is AI.
And the question is simple: Will we lead it, or will we be its subjects?
If we allow the West to dictate the AI that interprets our Quran, that rewrites our values, that judges us in courts, that controls our economies—then we have already lost.
I will not accept that. And I hope you will not either.
AI Must Be Born in Islamic Lands—So That It Never Betrays Us
AI is like a child. If you give birth to it, you understand it. You know its tendencies, its vulnerabilities, its strengths. You can prepare for what it will become.
But if we allow others to build it and we simply adopt it, then we will never truly control it.
It will not align with our beliefs.
It will not protect our values.
It will not be loyal to us.
It will be a system that we rent, not a system we own.
I refuse to let that happen.
