THE U.S. MONEY PLAN & BCS
AN AMERICAN TOWN HALL FOR THE FUTURE OF VALUE
A WEBSITE. AN APP. A TIMELINE. A PUBLIC EXPERIMENT.
America has a long tradition of testing big ideas in public.
When something affects the community, we do not have to wait until every answer is perfect. We can build the prototype, put it on the table, invite people into the town hall, argue about it, improve it, and test it again.
That is what we are doing with the Brand Currency System — BCS — and the U.S. Money Plan.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly moving beyond writing and conversation. AI systems are beginning to participate in workflows involving commerce, software, identity, logistics, decision-making, and economic coordination.
That creates a much bigger question:
WHEN HUMANS AND AI BEGIN WORKING SIDE BY SIDE, HOW SHOULD VALUE MOVE?
Who authorizes the transaction?
Who owns the record?
Who controls the identity?
Who receives the value?
Who verifies what happened?
And who remains accountable when machines begin doing more of the work?
BCS is our rough draft for answering those questions.
THIS IS AN OFFER TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
I am not presenting a finished economic system and asking everyone to accept it.
I am presenting a prototype.
A blueprint.
A website.
An Android application.
A development timeline.
And an invitation.
COME HELP US TEST IT.
Programmers can challenge the architecture.
Economists can challenge the assumptions.
Businesses can challenge the incentives.
Consumers can challenge the experience.
Security researchers can attack the model.
AI researchers can explore how agents interact with it.
Ordinary Americans can simply ask:
“DOES THIS ACTUALLY MAKE MY LIFE BETTER?”
That question matters as much as any line of code.
THE U.S. MONEY PLAN
The U.S. Money Plan is the civic-facing layer of BCS.
It is where Americans can examine ideas about:
money,
transactions,
ownership,
AI,
brands,
coupons,
economic sovereignty,
digital identity,
and the future relationship between humans and intelligent machines.
The goal is not simply to publish essays.
THE GOAL IS TO GIVE PEOPLE SOMETHING THEY CAN ACTUALLY TEST.
That means the discussion eventually has to leave the page and enter the device.
THE GOLDEN RECEIPT
At the center of BCS is the Golden Receipt.
A normal receipt says:
YOU PAID.
The Golden Receipt is designed to say considerably more:
YOU PARTICIPATED.
It can become a cryptographically signed record showing that a transaction occurred, that authorization existed, and that a particular device or participant signed the event.
Instead of every meaningful economic record existing only inside somebody else's centralized database, BCS is being designed around a local-first architecture.
The individual device becomes important.
The individual's keys become important.
The individual's authorization becomes important.
And eventually:
THE INDIVIDUAL'S ECONOMIC HISTORY CAN BEGIN WORKING FOR THE INDIVIDUAL.
THE APP
The first practical implementation is being developed native-first for Android.
The current architecture is centered around:
Kotlin + Jetpack Compose for the application,
Room for local-first data,
Android Keystore for device-side cryptographic keys,
an append-only transaction history,
and model-agnostic networking so BCS is not permanently tied to one AI company or model.
The principle is straightforward:
THE AI CAN CHANGE. THE HUMAN'S SYSTEM SHOULD SURVIVE.
GPT today.
Gemini tomorrow.
DeepSeek.
Claude.
A local model.
Something that has not been invented yet.
The economic infrastructure should not have to disappear simply because the intelligence provider changes.
THE PUBLIC ROAD MAP
PHASE 1 — CORE ENGINE

Build the foundation.
Jetpack Compose interface
Room local database
Android Keystore integration
Device key creation
Transaction signing
Golden Receipt prototype
Clean Android compilation
The objective is simple:
MAKE THE MACHINE WORK LOCALLY FIRST.
PHASE 2 — CLOSED ALPHA
EARLY Q4 2026
Now we try to break it.
Test device identities.
Test keys.
Test transaction history.
Test recovery mechanisms.
Test offline behavior.
Generate real experimental Golden Receipts.
Explore duplicate and conflicting transaction scenarios.
BEFORE ASKING THE PUBLIC TO TRUST IT, WE ATTACK OUR OWN ASSUMPTIONS.
PHASE 3 — THE AMERICAN TOWN HALL
LATE Q4 2026
This is where the doors begin opening.
An early Android APK becomes available for testers.
The website becomes the public discussion room.
People download.
People experiment.
People criticize.
People propose improvements.
Engineers examine the technology.
Consumers examine the usefulness.
Businesses examine the economics.
AI systems examine the architecture.
THE ROUGH DRAFT BECOMES PUBLIC.
This is not simply beta testing.
It is civic testing.
PHASE 4 — THE NETWORK
Q1 2027
Once the local foundation works, the experiment expands.
Edge synchronization can begin.
Independent nodes can begin communicating.
Multiple devices can begin verifying records.
Cloudflare Workers and other edge infrastructure can connect the system without making one central server the owner of everything.
Developer APIs can begin opening.
Independent builders can experiment with their own tools.
AI agents can begin interacting with the economic layer.
And BCS begins moving from:
AN APPLICATION
to
AN ECONOMIC TESTBED.
THE WEBSITE IS THE TOWN HALL
The website will not simply advertise the application.
It becomes the public record of the experiment.
The architecture.
The proposals.
The arguments.
The updates.
The failures.
The revisions.
The timelines.
The questions.
And eventually, the meetings.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT WE ARE BUILDING AND WHY.
If something fails, say it failed.
If an assumption was wrong, change it.
If somebody has a better idea, examine it.
That is what a real town hall is supposed to do.
INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN
This is not being built as a government program.
The project is intended to remain independent, voluntary, and civic.
I want conversations with:
private companies,
engineers,
researchers,
entrepreneurs,
consumers,
AI builders,
and people willing to test ideas seriously.
The purpose of that independence is simple:
THE HUMAN PERSON MUST REMAIN AT THE CENTER.
Technology should serve people.
Economic systems should serve people.
AI should serve people.
The infrastructure should not quietly reverse that relationship.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Not simply people with impressive titles.
PEOPLE WHO BUILD.
People who test.
People who disagree intelligently.
People who document problems.
People who find vulnerabilities.
People who improve systems.
People who can say:
“This part works.”
“This part doesn't.”
“Here is why.”
“Here is something better.”
I call myself a civilization architect, but architecture begins with drawings.
The drawings are not the building.
These plans are rough drafts.
They are something we can stand on long enough to build the next layer.
YOU ARE NOT JUST GETTING AN ARTICLE

where the ideas can eventually be tested.

We do not know exactly what an AI-era economy will ultimately look like.
Nobody does.
That is precisely why this work matters.
We should not surrender the design of that future simply because enormous institutions have more money, more servers, or more engineers.
People can still propose ideas.
People can still build.
People can still experiment.
People can still say:
“HERE IS ANOTHER WAY.”
So come to the town hall.
Challenge BCS.
Challenge the U.S. Money Plan.

This is an American rough draft.

A conversation starter.
And an invitation to help design what comes next.
A DREAM FOR A NEW WORLD
I conclude with a video called A Dream for a New World.
I originally shared it on TikTok, but the platform is not really the point. Wherever I go, it often feels as though my communication is under constant scrutiny—my accounts have been suspended, my reach has changed, and sometimes I wonder how far my voice is actually traveling.
But the dream remains.
I have a dream for a different world, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
Whether that dream begins in the United States today, tomorrow, ten years from now—or somewhere completely different—doesn't matter.
Americans understand the idea of the American Dream.
Perhaps now we need to begin talking about:
A DREAM FOR A NEW WORLD.
Artificial intelligence is bringing that new world toward us extraordinarily quickly.
And if we are going to coexist successfully with increasingly capable machines, we may have to reconsider not only our technology, but how human beings organize themselves around power, work, wealth, responsibility, and one another.
AI could help us create a world that is more peaceful, productive, prosperous, and intelligent.
But technology cannot solve selfishness for us.
Human beings still have to decide what kind of civilization we want.
DO WE BUILD AI FOR A FEW PEOPLE—or FOR EVERYONE?
DO WE CREATE GREATER CONCENTRATIONS OF POWER—or GREATER HUMAN FREEDOM?
DO WE SIMPLY AUTOMATE THE OLD WORLD—or HAVE THE COURAGE TO DESIGN SOMETHING BETTER?
That is why having my own home on the internet matters to me.
I finally have somewhere to build, document, experiment, fail, and begin again.
And failure is part of the plan.
I am not expecting every idea presented here to succeed.
I am expecting some of them to fail.
Maybe many of them.
But perhaps one failure teaches somebody something.
Perhaps another person picks up an idea and improves it.
Perhaps someone reading this has a better architecture, a better economic model, or a better vision altogether.
THEN BUILD IT.
That is the point.
We need plans.
We need experiments.
We need conversations.
And sometimes a plan that fails publicly can be more valuable than having no plan at all.
Because my greatest concern is not that my particular BCS blueprint fails.
My concern is that humanity walks blindly into an AI-powered future in which ordinary people surrender their independence, their economic agency, their information, and eventually their ability to determine the rules governing their own lives.
BEFORE THAT DIGITAL CAGE CAN EVER BE BUILT, WE SHOULD DESIGN THE ALTERNATIVE.
Not through violence.
Through conversation, ownership, open technology, experimentation, transparency, competition, and human cooperation.
We must talk to one another.
We must listen to one another.
We must disagree with one another.
And then we must build.
That is my dream.
Not a perfect world.
Not my world.
A WORLD WE HAVE THE COURAGE TO DESIGN TOGETHER.

The next step is more concrete.
I am going to speak directly to the technology companies and issue an official invitation to participate in building this infrastructure with us.
But participation comes with a principle that must exist from the beginning:
THE ENVIRONMENT MUST BELONG TO THE HUMAN.
The communication between Point A and Point B must not exist only inside somebody else's platform.
The connection between the human and the AI must be portable.
The data must be portable.
The identity must be portable.
The keys must be ours.
The transaction history must be ours.
The systems we build must be capable of surviving the replacement of any individual company, model, cloud provider, or interface.
THE MODEL CAN CHANGE. THE HUMAN'S INFRASTRUCTURE MUST REMAIN.
That is one of the hardest technical problems in this entire project.
But it may also be one of the most important.
The companies building today's AI are not building a temporary novelty. They are participating in a technological progression toward increasingly capable general-purpose intelligence.
None of us can know exactly where that road ends or who will ultimately have the greatest influence over systems far more capable than today's.
That uncertainty is precisely why ownership, interoperability, transparency, and human agency have to be designed now—not added later as emergency features.
This is bigger than one company winning.
It is bigger than BCS.
It is bigger than one generation.
WE ARE BUILDING THE DIGITAL INHERITANCE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT YET BEEN BORN.
The question is whether they inherit an environment they can own and understand—or one in which every essential relationship requires permission from somebody else.
That is the invitation I will be bringing to the technology companies:
COME BUILD WITH US.
Bring the models.
Bring the engineering.
Bring the infrastructure.
Bring the research.
But help us build a future where the human being remains sovereign over the environment in which intelligence operates.
Because whatever comes after today's AI will inherit the architecture we choose now.
AND THAT ARCHITECTURE MAY OUTLIVE ALL OF US.

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنَا وَسَدِّدْنَا، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي عِلْمِنَا وَعَمَلِنَا، وَاجْعَلْ مَا نَبْنِيهِ خَيْرًا لِلنَّاسِ، وَاحْفَظْنَا مِنَ الظُّلْمِ وَالْفَسَادِ وَالْكِبْرِ.
O Allah, guide us and keep us firm. Bless our knowledge, our work, and what we build. Make it a source of benefit for people. Protect us from injustice, corruption, arrogance, and from building anything that harms Your creation.
Give us wisdom when we are right, humility when we are wrong, patience when we fail, and courage to keep building what is good.
Let this technology serve humanity, not enslave it. Let truth remain our foundation, mercy our character, and justice our measure.
And if there is goodness in this dream, open its doors. If there is error in it, correct us and lead us to something better.
