English Translation:
"It is He who has sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book; in it are verses that are precise – they are the foundation of the Book – and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation, they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. But no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah. But those firm in knowledge say, 'We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord.' And no one will be reminded except those of understanding." (Surah Aal-e-Imran 3:7)

English Translation:
"And [for] their saying, 'Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.' But they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain. Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise."

The Quran emphasizes the honor and glory bestowed upon Jesus (Isa, AS) by Allah, both during his life on earth and in his ascension. While the Quran does not explicitly detail his return, various verses highlight his esteemed status:
1. Surah Al-Imran (3:45):
Arabic:
{إِذْ قَالَتِ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ یَـٰمَرْیَمُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُبَشِّرُكِ بِكَلِمَةࣲ مِّنْهُ ٱسْمُهُ ٱلْمَسِیحُ عِیسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْیَمَ وَجِیهࣰا فِی ٱلدُّنْیَا وَٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ وَمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِینَ}
Translation:
"When the angels said, 'O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary—distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah].'"
2. Surah An-Nisa (4:158):
Arabic:
{بَل رَّفَعَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِلَیْهِۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَزِیزًا حَكِیمࣰا}
Translation:
"Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise."
3. Surah Az-Zukhruf (43:61):
Arabic:
{وَإِنَّهُۥ لَعِلْمࣱ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمْتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَٱتَّبِعُونِۚ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطࣱ مُّسْتَقِیمࣱ}

"And indeed, he [i.e., Jesus] will be [a sign for] knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me. This is a straight path."
