Think about it: two people can face the exact same setback. One sees it as proof they're not good enough. The other sees it as valuable feedback and a chance to improve. Same situation, completely different outcomes.
Fixed vs. Growth: The Two Paths
Fixed Mindset says: "I am who I am. My abilities are set in stone."
Growth Mindset says: "I am constantly evolving. My abilities can be developed through effort and learning."
The difference? One closes doors. The other opens them.

Challenges become exciting rather than threatening.
Failure becomes feedback rather than a final verdict.
Effort becomes the path to mastery rather than a sign of weakness.

Catch yourself when you think "I can't do this".
Add the word "yet" - "I can't do this yet".
Focus on the process, not just the outcome.
Celebrate small wins along the way.
Learn from setbacks instead of avoiding them.
