It is very difficult for me to ask for help again, but right now my family truly needs support.

My husband is a disabled Ukrainian war veteran. Because of his disability, he is unable to work. I work and am the only person in our household bringing in a regular income. We have children at home, and we also care for my elderly disabled mother.

The weather is getting colder. The children are back in school. We need groceries, warm clothing, school necessities, and basic everyday essentials. These are not luxuries. These are things a family simply cannot go without.

On September 22–24, I also have to travel with our children to Ottawa to visit the embassy and renew their passports. We have to cover transportation, a hotel, local travel, and food. This is a trip we cannot avoid.

My husband still desperately needs a suitable electric wheelchair. We have been trying to raise enough money for one for a long time, but right now the wheelchair has to wait. Food, our children, and the necessary trip to Ottawa have to come first.

I am not asking one person to solve all of our problems. But if many people can spare even $5, $10, or $20, it can make a real difference for our family. Right now, every dollar matters.
