Sostieni Dr. Nzabirinda Etienne

I am a World Bank Government Analytics Fellow (2026) and a Rwandan economist affiliated with the University of Rwanda. I hold Ph.D. coursework and research in Economics through a joint program with the University of Gothenburg – School of Business, Economics and Law and University of Rwanda. I am also a Validator in the Executive Master's in Leadership and Governance (2026) at the Africa School of Governance (ASG).
