NYS Music is a non-profit organization supporting Independent Music and Arts Journalism across New York State. We offer daily music reviews, news, interviews, video, exclusive premieres and the latest on events throughout New York State and surrounding areas.

New York has historically been the hub, the heart and the center of America’s music scene going back to the beginnings of this nation. We explore these roots to see where we have been, and where will be going.

We are given a chance for artists to do what they are best at, creating art. We look to the past, create in the present and focus on the future.
