NoteCoder helps connect diagnosis mentions and details across a clinical note, then presents ICD-10-CM candidates for human review. It supports Medicare CMS-HCC V28 and ACA HHS-HCC 2026, separately or together.
The analysis runs locally in your browser. No NoteCoder account is required, and your clinical note is not sent to an inference server.
Your support helps cover hosting and continued development. NoteCoder is an experimental documentation review aid, not a diagnostic or autonomous billing system. Please do not include patient information in support messages.
