I've been working on my tattoo designs for my portfolio, and that is how I created Silence. A simple outline piece with minimal black shading. Although it looks like a simple design, it was difficult to draw. I wanted every snake to connect, I didn't want to draw overlapping lines that made no sense if you really looked into it. The snake outlines alone took hours, what made it even more complex was the similar patters on each snake, many times I got frustrated and needed to take a break from it. I created my own little maze. But once I got through it and I had my outlines complete I wanted to add some depth to it, but not too much. I added minimal shading to the face and neck, and focused more on the snakes.
I love how it turned out and I can't wait to show you the next work of art!
