An important note regarding subscription/cancellation issues:
I have to share one troubling issue. Right now, there is someone who is extremely upset, claiming they cannot cancel their subscription through BMC and accusing this of being credit card fraud.
I want to be completely clear: I am not blocking or preventing anyone from canceling. I reached out to BMC support directly asking them to issue a refund, but they haven't resolved it. I also tried searching my dashboard to cancel the subscription on my end, but I couldn't locate it anywhere. I'm honestly at a complete loss here.
If you are experiencing this, please try canceling the membership directly from your own BMC account settings first.
Because of issues like this and the poor support, I'm seriously considering moving away from BMC to a better platform. If anyone is familiar with better alternatives, I would really appreciate your recommendations via DM on X.
