Embodied Storytelling | Mindful Copywriting | Yoga
Hi, lovely human 👋!
I’m Mariana (AKA Nita) Diaz, a holistic copywriter helping holistic business owners expand in alignment with their soul's purpose.
✍🏽I offer embodied storytelling, mindful web copywriting, and intentional blog content to coaches, yoga instructors, yoga studios, therapists, and other holistic healers and practitioners.
🧘🏽♀️I'm also a yoga teacher who loves cultivating awareness on and off the mat and holding space for others to do the same. Healing through words, movement, and mindfulness has been a critical part of my journey, and now I'm committed to continuing that ripple effect.
🌿When I'm not writing for Nita's Coloring Book, teaching, or practicing yoga, I enjoy journaling, surviving CrossFit workouts, and spending time with my husband and tiny human (baby Ara!).
💜I love tea, coffee, cringey reality TV, and the color purple.
👀I will never say no to a chocolate chip cookie 🍪.
Thank you for supporting my journey!✨
