Flat Six Figures started while I was in the market for my first GT4. What began as a simple spreadsheet—tracking values, figuring out what to pay, when to buy, and generally justifying the “guy math” behind buying a Porsche—quickly became something much bigger.

I kept adding more data, charts, and analysis, then expanded into 911 variants. Before long, the project had outgrown its shared spreadsheet entirely. So I taught myself how to build a website with AI and automated as much of the process as possible.
