PETRIFIED WOOD!

Petrified Wood! Location and species?! UNKNOWN. 🤷‍♂️ This is a crazy story.... I collected this from a person's yard. They were giving away all of the pretty rocks on top of the Gravel, because they wanted the gravel to fill a hole in their backyard?! How crazy is that! I mean, Gravel is cool and all, but these landscape rocks were way cooler! It looks like the old owner of the property was a rockhound and a lapidary artist. He used the front yard to dispose of pieces he had worked with, and the area was absolutely littered. They had just moved in, and didn't like the look of all the amazing lapidary material that was sitting there. They even told me to dig up the stuff that had sunken into the ground! The material had been sitting there so long, that it had sunk into the ground. This whole thing was crazy, and it was a facebook marketplace post. "FREE YARD ROCK" Anyways, just though I would share.
